Until it came to baking, I thought: EVERYTHING, the products are spoiled, in my HP there are three proofings and all these three proofings the dough with dead slurry lay on the same level and only when baking began, the dough came to life and at the end already looks like a cupcake !! I'm sitting now and eating it, with bifidok, delicious !! I changed the recipe a bit: it seemed that there were a lot of sweet ingredients, therefore, I reduced sugar by 50 g, there were 3 types of nuts: almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts. Thank you, Natuska !!

Doesn't your HP have a Cake program? Three proofers are needed for a yeast cake. And ordinary (with soda or baking powder) muffin dough only needs regular stirring, and then baking. In my HP, for example, this program takes 1 hour. 28 minutes. Of these, 18 minutes is mixing, and the duration of baking, respectively, is 1 hour. 10 minutes.
