Oat flour

Last night, barely getting home in our glorious "European" city, I found that my brothers had destroyed all the bread. After rattling empty breadbaskets, I decided to roll up my sleeves and take up baking. In one bread maker, sweet bread was baked, my main absorber, but I decided to experiment with savory. My oatmeal stagnated, I still could not find a use for it. And yesterday (evidently from fatigue) the thought came to me, and not whether I should plump it in bread.
The recipe for Ukrainian bread became the basis of this recipe. It seems to me that I found it once on our website, but honestly, I can not find either the recipe itself or its author. For earlier I apologize to the author.
After loading all this into a bucket, I find that my dry yeast has remained at work. I had to send my husband to the nearest store, until the closure of which there were 20 minutes, there it is natural that there is no need, and he bought a new brand of dry yeast "PREMIA". I was upset, but there was nothing to do, deciding what would happen, I started baking. Fatigue was already taking its toll and I barely waited for the "showdown" with the kolobok (I had to add some flour, just a little bit, on the tip of a spoon), I went to bed. In the morning with horror I went to the kitchen.
It seemed to me that the crust turned out to be dark. Well, I think it's pretty decent for an experiment, and even with unknown yeast.
He was not allowed to cool down, the growing generation, hurrying to classes in their adored Czech in the morning, and not paying attention to the persuasion about porridge, grabbed at the still warm bread. Therefore, the cut turned out to be ugly.
and in the evening, when it cooled down and my arrival home, there was nothing to photograph. There is only one piece left, as I was told "for dad." And the order came: make another one.
Honestly, I was stunned. My favorite sweet is eaten bit by bit, but here ... I can't say anything about the taste, I haven't even tried it. And in the evening dad was indignant: why there is no bread? I brought yeast yesterday! The second loaf is already being baked. It happens ...
