Irlarsen, Irochka, Congratulations! Let it work for a long, long time now! kartinka, Marinochka, I have a new flexi - I'm very pleased with her! Butter creams and wherever you need to rub butter, in general - everything that needs to be rubbed (cottage cheese, mashed potatoes). Objectively, a soufflake is not needed - everything interferes perfectly under the whisk or k-eshka at low speed. As for the potato peeler, I bought an inexpensive "Maestro" about 5 years ago. Cleans both young (minutes for 1.5 / kg) and old for 3 minutes / kg. Old - even late spring, already quite soft. True, it is not small, but it works - a beast! Go to the topic of potato peelers - read, maybe some more new ones have appeared. IMHO, it is not entirely rational to take an expensive (also not small) attachment, in which you can only peel young potatoes. By the way, in the instructions to the Maestro it was stated that it is also for peeling carrots and beets. But I didn't use it for that.

Prus - 2, Lyuba,
Thanks for the congratulations, and today I still got a gift nozzle for a smoothie! Ground the frozen strawberries as if they were a soft apricot. Now I hope to persuade my son to make smoothies for breakfast and take them with me.

So say you don’t need a soufflake? So what do I want from the nozzles in order to sketch 4 for the action? ? The bowl, the auger juicer is 2, I am torn between high-speed and low-speed (I will definitely not take both). No blender needed. The processor seems to be too. Thought a soufflake.
NatalyaB
Irlarsen, mini chopper?
If you have somewhere to put a high-speed one (well, in height or in space), then it is better. Both are unnecessary, for sure.
Dough sheeter? Got a meat grinder?
(I'm sorry, I'm confused about who has what and who would like what, so I just advise in my opinion.)
Someone praised Soufleik, straight, very much. She mixes whipped flour into something. But maybe my hands are not the right ones: it precipitates biscuits from me, comes out with a spatula faster and more reliably. Well, and put it in the back box.
Irlarsen
NatalyaB, And the mini chopper will not overlap with the smoothie. It seems the same, only smaller in size. I bought a meat grinder, I will not change the dough sheeter (there is a new atlas with all the bells and whistles), there is a separate spiralizer, also new. Separate cubes in Boshik. Throwing out Boshik seems to be a pity. This is our main problem. Lots of overlapping devices.
Margass
Irlarsen, mini spice grinder # 1, you can't do that in a smoothie. The child here accidentally did not notice a bone from a plum and shoved it there ... well, yes, they threw everything out, but the bone in the dust and the knives are alive
NatalyaB
Irlarsen, I do not know, I only have a mini. Glass cups, small - grind, grind. Somehow one of the most popular with me.
By frequency and need:
1. Processor, K-tip and whisk
2. Meat grinder
3. Mini chopper
4. Sieve-wiping and flexi
5. Blender
6. Cube cutter and spiralizer
7. Auger juicer and dough sheeter
8. Low speed vegetable cutter (very rare)
9. Soufflake, berry press and centrifugal juicer (completely removed from the eyes)

For some reason I gave myself a mill, that is, I know why all of a sudden, but have not yet determined the need, lies in the box. Maybe on the weekend ...
Irlarsen
NatalyaB I understand correctly that you are not using high-speed, since there is a processor? Maybe then I have a screw, a bowl, cups and a processor? God bless him that there is a processor in Boshik.

Margass, I'll take the cups, since they are so praised
zvezda
Ira, cups and high speed! You have everything else ,,, I would definitely take cups !! They are also convenient for storage, I have 2 of them! It all depends on what someone is cooking .. I have every day I go:
1.Crown, sieve, cups
2.Flaxy, cash, blender
3.Low speed, harvester

In general, it is difficult to separate .. I and a potato peeler in spring and summer often use both a mill and a dough sheeter .. in short, you need everything !!
Prus - 2
Irochka, the processor is a thing! I have the most popular nozzle. I also thought that I would not take the Bosch food processor far, but this attachment is much better! Very good knife! Graters are also good, except for potato pancakes - it needs to be finalized (do we have a link in the topics, like even a link in the chat room?). The cube cutter - I have the second for use (in Boshik the cube is smaller), remove the disc with the grate - we get a large (1 cm) shredder. I wrote a lot about the others above. If you don't do the workpieces, a high-speed grater / shredder is not needed. Souffleka 100500% is not needed! How much I have been doing confectionery - the whisk is our everything! Perfectly mixes flour at 1 speed, does not precipitate anything! Stir in the cake dough calmly at low speed. And the blender is very good! I have 4 stationary blenders - I removed everything, I use it! The dough sheeter is very good, maybe you should consider selling a separate one? And take a nozzle and (if making noodles) cutters? I can only say one thing about the meat grinder - even on the smallest mesh - the minced meat is not crushed! And it grinds everything lightly.
Irlarsen
Girls, isn't a blender suitable for any model? You can buy blenders from us just for a penny. Or the latest blenders are super duper. I read that it seems like only a mixer and that's it.
And then there are no cups, where the action is. Maybe where else is there a share? I see a stock on kenwood ru

I sit and giggle from myself. About 12 years ago we bought a whole deer. Well, I also needed a meat grinder, by the way the same kenwood was bought. And since then I have NEVER got it. I’m too lazy to get appliances that do not stand on the countertop. And the new prefix is not a day. I laid out everything pretty in a drawer, everything is close. I'm just bastard with her. And washing it is simple and quick and without any dishwasher, although, of course, it is exactly the same as my stationary one. But I didn't use it and that's it. Heavy, too lazy to get it.

Irina, plushkina you, I myself am so ... I just saw a little technique from you ,,, gorgeous, !! Look for cups on Avito ... I've seen for 2000!

NatalyaB I understand correctly that you are not using a high-speed one, since there is a processor?
Not really. I have a small kitchen, and the KM stands in such a way that you can put a high-speed one, but the back is miles on the edge, and you can't substitute anything. Poetrmu bought a low-speed one, but did not like it. I use it in extreme cases. And so - the processor, yes. Cube cutter and spiralizer - for beauty.

Quote: Prus - 2
here the blender is very good
Yes. Soup-puree, pate, dough for pancakes, something like a smoothie of the same - a beast. And I will confirm about the meat grinder - excellent, lightweight and compact.
Irlarsen
zvezda, I went in search! What a clever thought you have! Do you remember I said that it’s uncomfortable for me to ask someone else. But Avito is another matter. It is not necessary to run. Thanks for the idea!!!!!
kartinka
Girls, tell me, please, how to make mayonnaise in a chopper glass, right step by step ... what would I get ...

Irina, here for a long time in the Kenwood topic they wrote that the attachment from the Kenwood meat grinder is suitable for the CM. Get it out and see, what if ...

Hello girls, by the way, who are from Ukraine, now there are discounts on the official website, multi-shredder at a very good price of UAH 1119. I keep looking in the direction of the high-speed grater, and suddenly it will be needed in the future))), although I bought a low-speed grater and there is a food processor
kartinka
Girls, you need to rub the grapes on a rub, which one to put with the product - small or large? Want to make some more seed oil? What is left is good?
zvezda
Marina, I would put a small one, but here, too, what grapes, I, unfortunately, do not understand the varieties, knock on Angela, maybe she will advise on butter or suggest something.

Antonella, I have the opposite: several old nozzles on a new socket through an adapter. When KM was buying, there were almost no new attachments yet, and an adapter was immediately attached to the car. Since I was illiterate, I thought it should be so. Well, I also use a meat grinder, a low-speed shredder (rarely), and a cube cutter through an adapter. No problem. Maybe my experience will help?
thanks for sharing the experience. I ordered an adapter and how I come to buy nozzles and go

Something I got confused - the KAB992PL / AW20010006 sieve is in mvideo for 3490.
Is this it, or do you need something else for Sense 6.7l? ..

Where??
Margass
zvezda, in mvideo, but ... there is a price, but not available, and I was really glad that it was her (although I was already confused in these rubbing, there is a plastic rim, there seems to be a metal rim, and there are under small bowls)
zvezda
Tatyana, I also went in, looked ... alas
Margass
zvezda, and for the future - which is better? and which one is available in general? I have a KCC9040 with induction - which one do I need?
they say they can be found somewhere in Europe ..
Irlarsen
Very happy with the smoothie attachment. Fitted directly into the needs of the family. Smoothies for the child and me, and today my husband bungled his favorite puree soup. For the first time, he was completely satisfied. He calls it cream soup, and the cream is really whipped. The instructions say that you can't get hotter, but who follows these stupid instructions? And here is exactly the plate (which he eats) of the soup fit. And in the evening, she beat the dough for our Norwegian waffles in the same place and was also pleased, exactly a portion of 6 pieces, which the son and husband eat at a time. Usually I get more and then I don't know where to put the leftovers. If he also breaks the bones from raspberries, then it's just a fairy tale, not a nozzle.
NatalyaB
Irlarsen, Congratulations! Can I have a recipe for waffles? Or poke a link? You are welcome!
Irlarsen
NatalyaB, This is Norwegian, such thick waffles. Norwegians eat them all the time. My husband and children are Norwegians, although we now live in Denmark. I have long been without any prescription, by sight. Thick as pancakes. And the recipe is standard: milk, vegetable oil (the more, the crisper they are, but then a lot of calories are added), flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, I also add (if any) yogurt. Well, my husband can't get sugar now, so the son is also used to stevia waffles. And the classic recipe is this. (Now I will copy it and translate it into Russian on top)

1 dl sugar
2 dl Low-fat Norwegian fermented milk product, basically the same kefir
1 ½ dl Milk
1 dl Water
350 g White flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of natron (I don't know if there is one in Russia, this is also a baking powder specially for sour milk)
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I don’t and my mother-in-law didn’t)
½ teaspoon cardamom (no one puts in when they were born, but the recipe does)
125 g butter, melted (but everyone uses vegetable oil)

which is better?
Well, you said ... not which one is better, but which one you grab, take that one !! There are no such in Europe .. over there, ask Ira .. maybe she has a lot of them

Girls, I tried to make mayonnaise in a mini chopper, I just translated the yolks / butter, I can't do it at all, maybe I need something tricky? I, of course, use this and make mayonnaise with a submerged blender, but I want it in a mini-grinder - please give me a link to the recipe, I want a small portion, if it works out - to do it, and immediately in a jar, it's convenient
zvezda
Marina, you have to try it yourself ... I haven't seen any links, maybe someone knows what !? And how much did you do?

I am already entangled in these rubs, there is a plastic rim, there seems to be a metal one, and there is a small bowl)
Tatyana, so as not to be confused, there are only two types. With plastic rim and metal.
All. Both fit on a large bowl.
Whichever you find, buy this.
kartinka
zvezda, put 2 yolks, salt / sugar / ready-made mustard / half and one teaspoon each + vegetable oil poured almost to the shoulders
I thought about vinegar, but I decided, then I’ll report how I’ll try, beat it on the pulse several times, to no avail, nothing was emulsified at all
zvezda
Marina, I'll try it myself, but 2 yolks - a lot for anyone!
My name is Olya
leostrog
kartinka , since mayonnaise is an emulsion, you first need to lightly beat the vinegar, yolks and mustard together. sugar, salt. then add vegetable oil there, preferably in a thin stream. I make my own mayonnaise. but since I don't do it with eggs, I replace them with soy milk. This mayonnaise can be put into any dish. Thickness / acidity / sweetness can be adjusted.
Gayane Atabekova
Maybe I'm wrong, but I always do minez submersible. Somehow I decided to put only the yolk and nothing happened until I added the protein.
leostrog
I also do it immersed more often than in a glass. But the sequence of actions is important here. When you pour oil into the mixture, you can see. how the mixture turns white and thickens before our eyes.
And the protein is replaced calmly by the water phase - milk. , juice from cons. peas, etc.
Antonella
Eh, girls, only in Saratov there are no attachments for the action in OK? I was just glad that a suitable share came to us, but it looks like it. I managed to snatch only 1 nozzle each in M.Video and Eldorado for spaghetti and tagliolini, while they were 99 rubles each.
zvezda
Quote: Antonella
they were 99 rubles.

Quote: leostrog
it is the sequence of actions that is important
I also thought so, now I only make mayonnaise in a blender! And this despite the fact that for 20 years I have been doing it myself and in the sequence as you describe it .. now I am doing everything together, that's just apple - first apples, then butter.
LisaNeAlisa

zvezda
We too..
Zima
But who needs slicing can search on Avito. People grabbed 99, now they sell. You can find it for 700 rubles, for 1000, which is also not bad. Moreover, there are proposals in different cities.
kartinka
Girls, my question is how to make mayonnaise in a multi-shredder, because I seem to remember (I don't remember where, either I saw it, or I read it .... about what is being done is very simple - I laid it down, I whipped it up ... ) But since I didn’t have Innokenty, I didn’t remember ... but now, reading the branch from the beginning, apparently I didn’t get it yet ..... and it’s not a fact that it was in the branch .. ..
But, if this is possible, it would be more convenient for me to use the cartoon.
I tried a sieve - baldet ..... with my hands I would moth these grapes all night and Innokenty tells me - you buy me something else - I can also use a sewing machine ...

NatalyaB, bake apples, on a sieve, puree on a marshmallow
Gayane Atabekova
I rubbed the sea buckthorn. Not a single bone slipped through.
Margass
kartinka, and where did you get the sieve?
By the way - do we have people living outside the Russian Federation here, do you have a sieve, or are the problems with it of a global nature?

I don't eat much, but I did. And different jellies from mashed potatoes: peach, cherry plum, raspberry, ... different, even lingonberry. And tomato sauce. And rub the cottage cheese on the filling / casserole. Yes, a lot of things.
And why did they stop producing such a popular nozzle? Too cheap, but they were ashamed to increase the price - is there nothing complicated about it?
Antonella
So all the same, girls, in your cities there are nozzles for the promotion from Okey?
Margass
I was rummaging in search of a sieve (here it does not give me rest now, it seems not and it is not necessary, but ..) and came across a raviolnica. Separately - € 149, complete with rolling - € 230. I asked our representatives - there are no prices yet, but they are already demonstrating at the stands, they promise to sell them to NG.

PS. Even on foreign sites I came across another novelty - a rolling dough with a width of as much as 22 cm, KAX99.
The standard KAX980 is only 14 cm.This is even interesting
