animegravitation, you show the price of the plastic model and they are out of stock. The metal sieve has always been more expensive. 59 euros is less than 5000 rubles. I couldn't find it cheaper. Delivery is another story.

Well, I have a professional deformation. I took the younger model of the car for 12,000 rubles
So one wiper nozzle for 60 euros is overkill
Especially if the metal there is aluminum and, in theory, it cannot be washed in PMM without special means.

I recently ordered KW713836 and then took it with a promo code for $ 10 plus cashback from Tinkoff on a special offer for 1500 rubles
But these are my cockroaches

Induction?

There is no induction of younger models, but it only has a smaller completeness, and the bowl is only 6.7 liters
And in general here in with a sign

I would not agree, because even at 4.6 liters in Sense, there is also a very slow speed, about the same as in Cooking Chef

Well, to make mashed potatoes in a rub? Hmm, even though it can be made right away in Cooking Chef? Strange decision

For the KW713836 nozzle, where can I see the instructions? Need to look for a manual on model 096?
It is unlikely that someone here immediately recognizes the attachments by their code.

In newer cars, very slow speed is a separate option. In the previous induction, for example, there is no such slow one as in the new one.

PS animegravitation, add a picture without a link, and a link to another resource - not active. An active link can only be a link to another topic. These are the rules.

There is no book for a new induction, I know about the old one, but I like to hold the BOOK in my hands. And for me this electronic one is not very intelligible. The instructions for the new model and the recipe book contradict each other even in temperature conditions.
The instructions were translated into Russian verbatim, i.e., together with references to the recipe book. And in other countries, the new induction is completed with a mandatory large book with recipes. There are national differences (for example, an Italian book has more pasta and other Italian dishes than a French book, but a French one has its own additional recipes). But there are obligatory identical basic recipes, which the instructions refer to.

In Russia, they stopped releasing recipe books for any machines (there were two versions of books - for induction and for non-induction). To the new induction, they give a link to the pdf of the book of the previous induction (which was previously published, so the pdf remained). But the old induction has a maximum temperature of 140 degrees (versus 180 in the new one), it has different control buttons, there are no automatic programs, etc. Therefore, references from the instructions to the book and this PDF are incompatible.

I can't imagine how inexperienced buyers of an expensive car cope with the development of the car on their own, while completely ignoring the Russian Kenwood in terms of support. After all, not everyone lives in cities where there is an MC. Google tips from other users, forums, etc., or something else.

Well, in old models it is not, but the picture states that Sense does not have such a slow speed, but the color KVC 5100 series has such a speed, and the LED indication of the speed regulator too
So the captions in the picture are not entirely correct
Miranda

There is no color series in the picture, it is written above the picture in the Reference Book.

Slow speed is in every car, and very, very slow is a new option. In the specifications it is written as a unique extra slow speed.

If the bowl is 6.7 liters, then the layer is white. - KW412095, gray - KW713507.
And glass for 6.7 liters. no.

All 6.7L bowls from any models are interchangeable, except for induction ones for non-induction ones. All bowls 4,6 are also interchangeable - plastic, metal, glass.

Girls question for you! Is it possible to knead the cake dough in kenwood. What is the maximum amount of flour you can put to mix. And how long to do it? Thank you

Not possible, but NECESSARY! I did not knead large volumes, but he calmly kneads 1 kg of flour ..
Clay
Thanks Olga! For quick answer. Hand problems and I can't knead for a long time

Clay, Sveta, I just wrote in the next branch - Kenwood kitchen machines - her today's experience of kneading cakes in Kesh. And my delights about)). Excellent for 1.1 kg of flour - no need to shift for detuning. Bowl 6.7 liters. Look here at our branch - recipes with the help of Kenwood, there are 2 recipes for cakes and a kneading algorithm in Cash.

Thank you Lyuba! I will try to find these recipes

Today I learned: I was kneading the dough for brioche, which will serve as a cake, and instead of a hook I inserted a spatula. And I noticed the mistake when I threw half the oil. I think, why so creaks and puffs? But the dough came out very elastic, for the first time such a brioche. I'll see what happens tomorrow. But Kenwood did it! So, all the conventions: what, what nozzle. Such power - everything will work out.

Lyuba, beauty! And mine prefer unadorned cakes, only sprinkled with powdered sugar. This has a plus - I don't bother with icing

Marinuly, zvezda, Ketsal, - thanks, my dears! I got confused with the glaze on the first batch - I did it on gelatin. The glaze itself is good, but I will not make it anymore - the process is PPC! I was all in it)) and the kitchen too. And I almost ditched the mixer - I wrapped it around the beaters and climbed inside the beaters ((. Therefore, I decorated these ones in the photo with good old icing. turned out faceless - like store ((.

Good day! Please tell me, have you ever seen a dough roller for model 098 on sale? I need the dough sheeter itself and, preferably, the noodle cutter. The site has a set of 3 nozzles for 8 thousand UAH. It is very expensive for me. Maybe someone is selling.

Natusichka, our train left, on a low speed socket only with an adapter. The adapter does not need to be removed every time. Miranda uses with an adapter. Ask her. And look at the CFM.
Natusichka
Thank you!

Dear members of the forum, the question about the sieve-wiping was discussed here very often, but I did not find a clear answer for my model of the combine. Can you please tell me if the KAB992 sifting and wiping nozzle will fit the Kenwood KM020? This Kenwood has a 6.7L bowl but no induction. On the forum on this issue, I found two opposite opinions (in 2015, Parallel wrote that for the KAB992PL wiping nozzle, the sieve for chefs perfectly stood at 020 Keshenka, and in 2016 cvetlk wrote that this sieve did not fit KENWOOD KM 020 and she had to even sell it). Please share your experience and your opinion on this issue.

Marina, I have such a rub at 020! I have already seen and filmed, now for 19 years I won't find ,,, WILL FIT !!

I have a little problem (crooked hands are a diagnosis)
I cooked stews on auto at 9040, installed a stirrer and a clamp. Well, and a protective cover (of course I did not read the instructions)
The clamp is half cracked at the top. The next time you cook it, it will most likely fall apart.
What to do with it now?

I finished it with a K-shaped nozzle, everything worked out great.

Good afternoon to all members of the forum!
I want to thank our very beautiful, responsive girls: Olga Zvezda and Angela !!!
They helped me become the owner of the dough roll and 2 noodle and spaghetti slicers! Olga saw my great desire to buy them (because my hand was broken) and she responded to my desire! And Angela did her best to get them!
Girls! Thank you very much!!!

Handles are crooked, brains are not working
It turns out that you can't use a lid clip. But, like any Russian person, I read it afterwards.
The husband glued it together, it seems, even imperceptibly.

But honestly, I didn't understand how this paddle works. It turns out that she rakes the products and rolls them around the bowl (if without a clamp)

And about macaroni ,,, soon I will just make them myself and if necessary, I will find a video!
pulkeria
Girls need help. My husband gave me a rolling attachment. And now, after almost a month, I decided to use it. But not like all normal people for pasta, but for rolling out dough for brushwood. And then I fell into a stupor: the dough under the rollers became porous and fell apart. Well, I guess I probably didn't knead the dough cool enough. Made it cooler - the same result. After suffering for a certain time, she spat and rolled it out with a rolling pin ... And the question is - what's wrong? The only option comes to mind - only kneaded dough is suitable there, that is, without adding liquid. Or am I just a handshake?
Gayane Atabekova
pulkeria, Julia, start rolling from 1 or 2. Then sprinkle with flour and fold in half. Gradually increase the number and dust with flour. Even the dough for dumplings must be rolled out like this. Good luck.
pulkeria
Gayane, I did it, but it didn't help. The dough from under the rollers comes out loose and drops of liquid appear on it ((((and begins to creep right there ... I'll try to make a "dry" dough today, I'll see how it behaves
pulkeria
I've been working with the test all day today. It turned out just fine !!!! We have - chak-chak and dumplings, the dough for which I rolled on Kesh. BUT, now the problem. The rest of the dough from the dumplings was rolled again and there were small residues of minced meat that got stuck in the rollers ... Is there a way to completely clean the nozzle?
Gayane Atabekova
pulkeria, Julia, my husband spins it, cleans and collects it. When I disassembled it for the first time, I could not assemble it. She sat and roared. The dough sheeter has a big drawback. The dough is hammered inside. You can also let it dry well and shake. Pieces of dried dough are poured out. If it gets heavily clogged, the rollers stop spinning. You can't wash. Now I'm at the dacha. Kesha is not here. I decided with my hands. The dough didn't really work out. I made 12 khinkali for an hour and a half. Oh, I think, well, cache spoiled me. I have forgotten how to do it with my hands and I don’t have the strength to do it. The dough sheeter is a very useful thing.

Just leave the roll on the table, it dries up when (I have a day or two) - walk with a brush, twisting videos and that's it. I took a new brush (which is painted with paint during repairs) and use the current for the dough sheeter and noodle cutter. Do not wet in any case!

Good day everyone, we need a consultation: we decided to buy a Kenwood Chef Titanium 8300 machine, read / saw enough of the work of the wiping sieve and really wanted to buy it. However, it was not possible to find it anywhere in stores (in Moscow), the official online store said that it was not available (neither 992 nor 930) and would not be available since they were removed from production. Such a necessary thing, it's a shame. They offered to replace it with a screw juicer. Do you think it will be an equivalent replacement?
LisaNeAlisa
Quote: Simmba
Do you think it will be an equivalent replacement?
Absolutely not. Look for a sieve on Avito or Yule, sometimes they do.
Simmba
Thank you for your prompt reply, they are probably used on Avito and similar resources, right? I would like to hear the opinion of members of the forum - is this a useful nozzle? There are still 70 pages left to the end of this thread, I will definitely finish reading, but already now I have found that the nets are erased from the rotation of the blade and rust, it is necessary to wash and dry with handles and delicately.

They are completely different. The auger is completely different, and it is dreary to clean the mesh on the press. And cherries, for example, do not rub at all.
I have had a sieve since 2014, nothing has worn off or rusted. With my hands, I still need to clean the holes there, I pierce with a toothpick.
belena74
It seems to me that replacing a press and a juicer is a so-so alternative, although depending on what purpose you need a sieve ... ... And with slightly reddened nets, the situation exists, but not at all critical ... it sounds worse than it really is)
zvezda
For 10 years, to be honest, active use of the sieve, I have not encountered a similar problem about rust, and I have not even heard, maybe, and missed, of course ..
Lero
Weigh the sieve you need, look, she herself recently acquired it. You can find plastic for yourself. If you want to buy an iron rim and a blade for it, you get the coveted metal for a large bowl. Although, I can say, I personally liked the plastic in my work more, the blade collects all the wiped mass, and in the metal one it leaves an uncollectible rim of the wiped product around the edge.

P. s. the husband looked at both blades and said that it is quite possible for yourself to pull out the pin from the one to the metal sieve, file it and screw it into the blade from the plastic sieve. But I didn't, because it's scary, then you'll buy figs if something goes wrong.
