Miranda
lira3003, I forgot the moment. About sausage.

The stick-in-center harvester bowls have another point. The bowl is put on the reducer stick, then on the plastic pin in the center of the bowl, inside which the reducer stick is put on the knife (by the way, I had a Bosch MCM 64085). With long kneading (depending on the design, for some it will take 3-4 minutes, for some it starts after 10 minutes), the semi-liquid or semi-thick consistencies are pulled under the knife, it goes further up the plastic tube and then down the gear stick to the motor. I hope I told it clearly, but under the spoiler there is a photo from the Internet

I bought Bosch in Citylink and I remember that there was a review with this photo.
How expensive has risen since then!

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments

This applies to 99.9% of this design for any brand. If you know this, then you can successfully knead the emulsion in Boch, the main thing is not a lot of time in a row, etc. It is necessary to find an approach to various consistencies. And I was wondering how this is in the food processor. Before buying, I saw a video where the whole sausage process in Kenwood was done and looked great (under the spoiler)

So, in Kenwood it turned out to be orders of magnitude better than Bosch. The knife fits more tightly, a plastic stick in the center of the bowl and a gear stick with a minimum gap (in Boch, you can stick your little finger in this way). The knife tightens just a little, not the entire length of the knife up, but a little from the bottom, and even then, if you sausage for 15 minutes.

PS but I'm kneading the sausage in a K-shaped bowl

Hello colleagues! Happy New Year to you! Fulfillment of all dreams and desires, as well as health !!!
I have a question - before the new year I received an offer from some Junior manager - to write a review on the Kitchen Machine and get any attachment at will. What do you think - is this a divorce or the truth?

I have a question
I don’t know about you, I also received such an offer, but it was written there that it was valid until the end of 2018. I wrote and received a gift. I really wanted an ice cream maker because of the second bowl, but it was not on the site at that moment, I chose a chopper or a meat grinder. I don’t remember exactly, because both were donated. One was due to the fact that they kept the car in the service for almost 80 days, the second for the review.

MirandaThanks for the clarification on the emulsion! It was very stressful in Boch to pick out the whole thing)). Any desire to do was lost! Now I will try at Keshin food. Tanechka, and in the last weeks before the New Year, I also mastered this method - cutting the cubes raw and in a double boiler. I bought a steamer for manti (I have a Soviet mantle, a huge one, for 64 pieces), I used steamers from multicooker to eat. But it was stressful to either put a bunch of multicooker, or a huge mantle. And then, I did not have time to buy it, as the nutritionist prescribed a vinaigrette in huge quantities))). Here I am at a cube-cutting machine all this business - beets, carrots, raw potatoes cut - into a double boiler and then onto the balcony. Fast and cool! Girls, I sketched out pictures of different options for decorating the top with fruits in the topic of a cupcake - my old cakes. Everything is processed with this gelatin-sugar mixture - for three days the fruits remain fresh, beautiful and do not disintegrate when sliced!

I also received such a letter. I wrote a review. I drew the photograph to the fact that in the last days of the year a lot of reviews appeared, it is very likely that everything was in response to the letter. Then I received a letter that on 01/01/19 the action was over, and the attachments would be sent after the New Year holidays. I will wait and see

In the bosha, I got used to twisting so that the whole structure would not be cleaned later.
I had a life hack so that it would not be addictive in Boch - I did not add liquid (ice water or milk or cream - from the recipe) right away, but when the meat was already spinning. Like dough in 21 seconds. This greatly minimized protraction.

I also received such a letter.
I wonder on what basis they sent letters. For those who bought something in 2018?
Miranda
Prus - 2, like I did with him, yes.
But I usually do so much that it's easier to knead in a bowl. Therefore, I have not done it in a food processor for a long time. I just remember the comparison, because I was very interested in this moment.

Maybe sent to members of the club? But I don't remember joining Russian. In Italian - yes, I did.
I, too, did not receive a letter to the indicated address and I also received instructions with a different address.
The funny thing is that my review on irecommend was filmed like an advertisement. I complained that I was set up. Then they offered to leave a review on the Yandex market or on the otzovik, which I successfully did. As it turned out, she barely had time on December 31, they did not warn that the 1st action would end. For some reason, I'm not very sure that the attachment will be sent. But everything can be.
The first letter mentioned the competition. And the competition means that there must be winners or something like that. And in the last - about the Action. And from the context it followed that all participants will receive a nozzle

Today I composed marzipan for the next shtollen. Tired of messing around with a multi-shredder. Some nuts (which appear to be under-dried or over-dried) remained intact. Then I threw everything into the processor along with the sugar. And then she added rum. And everything was perfectly ground. Not in the smallest flour, but quite decent. Only sugar is felt. It was necessary to grind it separately into powder. Hopefully it melts when baked.
And who has any experience with almonds? Please share.
Prus - 2
Valeria, I didn't bother too much - there are whole and ground almonds in the recipe. I threw everything into the processor, ground up with different fractions)). In the end, great!

And I went over the whole topic. Who freezes, who mixes with flour or sugar ... who rubs in the processor on a grater.
It seems to me that you need to grind in the processor, and if you need a very fine flour, bring the fraction from the processor in a multi-grinder. Either very little and shortly, or mixing with sugar or flour so that it does not stick together

I was taught at MK - dry almonds in the oven, then at the grits mill. Oily content will go away during drying, and approx.

did not join any club. The letter is a little bit different. And they asked to leave a review in the otzovik or on the market.
About marzipan. I tried to make flour in the mill. In principle, I bought it for this very purpose. The nuts were very large, nothing wanted to be ground. Then she shouted several times in the grinder. And the marzipan itself was made according to a recipe with syrup.

Smoothie maker KAH740PL SMOOTHIE2GO appeared in Finland at the price of 49 euros. So soon we will have it.
zvezda
Miranda! You better understand what's what, maybe you can look? Such prices are ridiculous .. or I don’t understand?
🔗
Miranda
zvezda, relatively funny, but the action (most likely temporary). They do not ship outside the Czech Republic, even within the EU (Mimo ČR bohužel nedoručujeme). That is, you need an intermediary (friend or someone else). Even if a friend who buys and sends for free for someone, the paypal will bite off the commission + shipping, and something will be similar in price.

What exactly interests you there?

I figured out a couple of nozzles at the rate of the Central Bank (and not according to the Central Bank it will come out) and without taking into account the delivery and sending of money: vegetable cutter 7+ thousand rubles, dough sheeter / cutters 5.5 thousand each, multi-chopper 3.8 thousand, smoothie maker 2, 2 thousand (we will have it for about 3-3.5 thousand). And with delivery, there will be a microscopic benefit only if you type in different things. Is not it?

zvezda
Miranda, I wrote that I don't understand anything about this at all, and you, I know, read all these languages (I said so) of course I understand that something is not so smooth and I want a 930 sieve for a new car! And horror as I scold myself that in Mediamart at the sale I did not take the KAH attachment! There would be no problems at all .. otherwise I don't want to bother with the adapter, I was standing next to it!
Miranda
zvezda, but what to understand? You enter in Yandex - the rate (required currency) to the ruble - and the Yandex calculator shows you the Central Bank. You play with the price yourself, you don't even need to count, you understand the numbers.

The dough sheeter with an adapter is quite convenient for me. But I understand your sadness, because the cube cutter would be straining because of the severity and my personal attitude towards this moment. Any attachment can strain you.

But the sieve ... I must have gone blind, but I do not see the sieve on your link. I see 28 different attachments. Don't you have a sieve?
al2
zvezda, OlyaYou have a visa and have a desire to buy. They brought a sieve to a store in Fink. I put it in the basket, and now I'm thinking about how to pick it up. Cost 59+ 4.5-6 (mail). If we add to this the green and gasoline, then the cost of selling on Avito is clear. The cheapest bus option, but also the most inconvenient. I'm waiting for the end of the holidays, now I'm not sticking to the border. If you need any help with registration in the store and registration, then contact us.

German Girl Sally Filmed Smoothie Maker & Juicer Reviews
The juicer did not like the fact that she sometimes had to pick out the cake by hand. A smoothie maker is almost the same as a blender and a multi-chopper, only the size is medium? Or is there some kind of fundamental difference?
Miranda
Quote: ElenaM
only size is average?
Feels like yes. I think the smoothie maker is a tribute to fashion. People are actively buying nitribullet and similar things. They do not want to pour from the blender into glasses, but it is fashionable to drink from the same place where they ground everything, therefore the caps. Well, etc.

But I would not mind the medium size. The blender is heavy, there is a heat-resistant glass for hot. It's not very convenient for a glass of smoothie. The multi-chopper is too small, it is the size of baby food, a pinch of spices, some powdered sugar or coffee. And in an average size, you can make a dough for pancakes or pancakes. If the lid is convenient, then pour it directly from the glass into the pan.

The glasses (600 ml) are not made of glass, but made of tritan. New-fashioned strong plastic. But I would like to take a closer look at the knife. If it is good, then buy a second knife for convenience.

And today I made another and again unsuccessful attempt to make almond flour in the mill. Last time the nuts were just dried, this time a little broken and frostbitten. Not in any. They stick inside on all the details, get lost in a dense mass, almost nothing comes out.
Miranda
begden, sorry. I do not have almonds now, after NG there are few ingredients left at all.But I will try to buy, make and take pictures in the next couple of weeks.

I really want a smoothie maker, just for the same reason why you are a medium size, and now you are carried away by smoothies-cocktails :)

PS I was hooked on the topic of smoothies on our forum for now, a little bit of information, maybe someone will throw in good resources where to read on smoothies and recipes to learn, but do not mix what you want, I would like a scientific approach what can be mixed with and what is not worth it.

I had Shteba and baked in it only once or twice, the poor cupcake stood for an hour on the wrong mode, then an hour on the right one. I thought, well, we'll eat it somehow, what kind of cream is there. But it turned out to be incredibly tasty. Thank you

Lyuba! Are you talking about citrus press? Be sure to tell me how you are, I'm all in thought ..
Lyuba, how long do you beat butter on cream? And what kind of attachment? I make custards every other day, the cream turns out to be excellent, but it’s interesting like others. The husband does not like custard, oil only and with raisins so that))
Prus - 2
Mindalka, Tanyusha I do not count the time)). I beat Flexy (we have it for butter creams). Probably, 5-7 minutes at first only oil - I see how it looks like I like it)). Then I add the custard base on a spoon, then maybe another 5, maybe 10 minutes (but rather, closer to 5) - I'm doing something else at this time. Somewhere like that. I have not tried the citrus press yet - there is a mountain of tangerines in the house, but there are no oranges. There are lemons, but I don't need lemon juice anywhere. Just in case, I did not remove the Bosch nozzle far away, and Bosch himself is within reach, albeit on the mezzanine)).

Today I shot dumplings for a flash mob in FB. I decided to upload pictures here, for the girls who just bought Kesha. Firstly, we substitute a spacing, a silicone mat under the dough roll, so as not to litter too much flour in the kitchen. The spacing, I think it is more convenient, is that there are sides that do not allow flour to go beyond. And then, with a slight movement of the hand, pour the remaining flour and dough into a bucket and rinse the sprinkle - order in the kitchen in a couple of seconds. Secondly - the rolling itself - it is absolutely not necessary to arrange dances with tambourines, rolling a long strip on the dumplings and then cutting out circles. And roll the dough 250 times, starting from 0. I am satisfied with the thickness of 4, set it to 4 at once, make the usual size of the dough sausage (for dumplings), cut it into pieces of the required size. Once I dip it into the flour with cuts, stretch it into a plump cake, the length of which should correspond to the diameter of the dumpling circle and immediately skip it in the dough roll. Dashed off the spread, laid out the filling, blinded)).

Now I want to ask a few questions to the owners of induction: 1. When the heating is on and the protective casing is tightly closed, drops flow down the leg of the combine, is this for everyone or just for me?
2. What are you doing with the rubberized K-tip? For what actions is it better than the new flexi?
I also want to thank the girls and boys who spare no time and effort in laying out tried and tested recipes for induction. For beginners, this is a big help, given the lack of a recipe book and goofy instructions.
I made custards according to Miranda's recipe, I really liked both the process and the result.

Another breakdown is brewing for me. A white plastic part, which is put on the drive of the machine, began to pop out from the bottom of the multi-shredder. It works, I just make sure that this detail is not lost, but somehow restless. Therefore, you need to buy a new knife.
I didn't find a knife in Moscow - Russia. For a more or less reasonable price (17.95 €) I found it in some small office in Germany. But I looked at our summer joint purchase, there "Knife for a mini-chopper assembly - 17.52". Assembled does this mean with the base? Miranda, you are an expert in this area. Mindalka, you wrote that it is, but never gave a link where it is. On a bread maker, many would gladly buy it at an "adequate" price. You also did not announce the price, only an approximate delivery cost of 80 euros.

animegravitation, you are showing the price of a plastic model and they are out of stock. The metal sieve has always been more expensive. 59 euros is less than 5000 rubles. I couldn't find it cheaper. Delivery is another story.

There is no book for a new induction, I know about the old one, but I like to hold the BOOK in my hands. And for me this electronic one is not very intelligible. The instructions for the new model and the recipe book contradict each other even in temperature conditions.
