The same desire. It is very necessary to have a second whisk.

I very much propose to organize and make a joint venture for these Wishlist, I am ready to take on the function of the organizer.
With two hands for!
Miranda
Prankhow do you like the plastic bowl?
It seemed to me that due to the smoother walls, the whites took a little longer to whisk. Those. the result is the same, but it took time + 1-1.5 minutes.
Overall, I really liked the plastic bowl. I still, despite the fact that the iron one unexpectedly bought (I can't take it away from Marinuly ), I still left myself 2pcs. from greed. Probably, I will revise greed a little later, I need to see how many processes will be required for Easter. I always have the biggest cooking - New Years, birthdays and Easter. On d.r. I used 3 bowls. The rest of the time 2 bowls approx.

About the corolla, too, I think what the second. Maybe with thin twigs for a change?
The sieve is also very desirable.
And I want a joint venture, but February-March, I most likely passed the money.
In my experience, waiting is not a bad tactic. Today such prices, tomorrow different, the day after tomorrow the third. Something always turns up.

I am delighted, especially from how easy it is to wash it, from how beautiful it is in my gray and yes, I agree, it may whip a little longer, but I have nothing to compare with, and the experience is not enough.

almost decided to buy a plastic one for 4.6 liter times, everyone writes that it works fine, but not for 100 euros.
So at the flea market, it seems, Twig sells plastic. For a ridiculous price compared to 100 €. Writes what fits all models.
I also bought a plastic one for myself in MVideo for 3.5 tr. Works fine. I am very satisfied.

Miranda, Prank, girls, very cool idea to compare two CMs. I will look forward to when you manage to “make friends with the kitchen. cars"

+1
Last year at Easter I was very much helped out by the second bowl from the ice cream maker. And at that time I even wanted a third (so I would knead another cake recipe). This year there are a lot of people interested in my Easter cakes, I don't even know how I can cope with just two bowls, it is extremely inconvenient to constantly shift and knead. Especially with regards to Easter cake from Myasoedovskaya, where a lot of lifting is required.
I would also join the purchase of a corolla, sometimes, the second is not enough. But in the joint venture one position will not be able to order more than 3-4 pieces, otherwise it will be considered a commercial batch. Therefore, a few people will have to organize, most likely.
I, apparently, missed - where do you order this stuff?
Miranda

But in the joint venture one position will not be able to order more than 3-4 pieces, otherwise it will be considered a commercial batch.

It's true, 3-4 pcs. Sometimes little things, such as socks, can be missed 5-6. That is, it all depends on the cost and the thing (smartphones or a ball of thread, for example) and how a particular customs officer considers it. According to the rules - the 5th product is already a batch, but sometimes the 4th can be counted as a batch, you can't predict.

I was very worried when I found out that there will be more than 4 cups in a German package, and the size of the package is not small. Because for a long time not finding the gray ones, they bought me the white ones, but at the very end the gray ones also made a profit, but I didn’t refuse and decided to take the risk. But I was worried until it was tracked that it was released by customs. And then I looked, in the inventory, white and gray went with a different code and name (the gray still had plastic silver in the name), that is, formally, the bowls were a different product, and as each individual did not exceed.

Yes, sieve wiping is a great thing! I bought it here the other day: Sieve-rub KENWOOD KAB930ME, yesterday I made cheese with dill with it, just yummy. Apparently they stopped producing it due to the fact that they do not know what cheese can be made)))
Miranda
Sheri, and where did you buy?
Exactly 930?

I would like to know about the Kax 970 and 980 dough sheeters. What is the difference between them? Thank you.
Experts Delongy tested both and said that the 980 rolls out the dough better and smoother. Well, support for the test is not a very necessary thing. Relevant only for meter noodles)))

Vezuka, I was catching but not catching, please frighten me at the cost.
On a pleasant note, just now I was testing a meat grinder bought in Globus with the help of good Miranda's chips. Little by little, I am savoring and savoring the attachments, extending the pleasure of the purchase.
Here was my Brown meat grinder, which was presented to me in 2000 and I sincerely considered it ideal.
In general, I am delighted with Keshkina, QUIET, softly, quickly, the hole for laying meat is larger, a large pallet, I fit almost 1 kg of meat there. Only very high, I put an inverted bowl from the stem under the basin.
4udo
Mirandawho does not risk ...
It's good that everything turned out so well with the bowls, I would have bought the third bowl for the induction, but so far there is nowhere to put it. After a while I will acquire a large kitchen and there I will turn around
I haven't looked into Temka for a long time, I ought to read ... or even some gray bowls appeared, and rubbing 930 was in short supply (and I thought: what for did I buy? the summer before last, we did it with her, we still eat it up, the last 2 cans are left).
Sheri, excuse me, but why cheese through a sieve?
Prank, congratulations on your successful purchase! I also love this meat grinder attachment. Always great stuffing comes out! Although I remember reading somewhere how she was scolded.
And, by the way, you can wind the minced meat immediately into the bowl, then it is not at all high. I usually always do this, and then immediately K the nozzle and knead (if you need to immediately make cutlets, for example, to make).

I might be tempted now by the discount price, but after all, there is a separate one through the adapter +, which I am happy with. I just don't understand about the dough sheeter because of the adapter, not frequent use and the presence of a manual one. It's good that not until 6 but until the 20th. Until the end and I will think

and even some gray bowls appeared, and rubbing 930 deficit
Gray has always been, just very scarce, little on sale, like the old flexi - it happens, but rarely.
And 930 suddenly began to disappear from sale about a year ago. At first they thought that, as usual, they would bring the batch and again in stock, but they still don’t deliver. Mvideo has always been here, and also disappeared. On the computer.
Somewhere flickering, but at some wrong prices.
Sheri
I took the rub for 6000, but still very happy, besides it is written about it that it has been discontinued, however, like about all the other sieves in general.

As for the cheese, you do not need it through a grater, through a grater cottage cheese for further cheese preparation
I spied on the topic: Homemade cheese in the Kenwood Cooking Chef KM-086 Kitchen Machine, while the car itself was waiting and even then the sieve caught fire

And it saddens me that I also wanted to buy the 957 ice cream maker ..... yesterday it was still on sale, and today it was already removed, but for some reason, instead of it appeared for Sensea KENWOOD SENSE XL KAB957 ... this is on the Cooking Chef website (that does she do there at all) or is it AT and it has fallen in price?

And then you have to pull out the bowl, didn’t put the minced meat into the bowl, then I think I’ll try it like a K-shaped minced meat kneading, but then I decided this time with the handles, well, I’m so strange. I have such a Keshechnoe very long hangover, gradually everything turns out better and better

Regarding the joint venture, I am ready to buy everything and then, if necessary, send it to anyone where it is necessary, only I cannot look for where it is better and cheaper to buy. firstly, she is not strong in the language, and secondly, there is very little time for surfing, so I ask for help in finding the wishlist.
Miranda
Girls, only surfing is not in the subject, but rather in private messages or a separate temporary topic (it is necessary to clarify whether this is possible). And here already with the result.

Otherwise, there are a couple of pages of posts with links like "but I found it."

How?! One of the best baits. Or is it about an old nest?
You need to buy a spare then ...
Sheri
It is just clearly written that they have been discontinued, but I don’t know why and whether they will do it for new models at all ...
Miranda
Sheri, a sieve in this form is produced from about 60x.
It is considered a popular attachment and is unlikely to be abandoned.
It changed the code and a little the name, there were metal bowls and plastic ones, they experimented with the size of the cells.
But the shape itself - the blade, the bowl, the sieves - has not changed for many years. It was just reissued as new.
Sheri
Most likely, they mean they are preparing something new, with other letters))) But in general, you want so many things: an ice cream maker, a meat grinder, a dough sheeter, all sorts of noodle cutters, scales, but everything is so expensive in St. Petersburg, or not on sale
Gingi
Girls who have trenetti and spaghetti slicers, what's the difference?
If you were now choosing a dough cutting attachment, which one of all (971-974, 981-984) would you take?
Twig
Galina, 972 itself is delicious for me. Wide noodles.

Sheri
You are right, I reviewed everything, the site is foreign left, at the office. site everything is fine. This suggests that I need to end my obsession somewhere to look for something.
Miranda
Many, when they just buy a car, want all the attachments at once, look for them where it is more profitable to buy and all that. Then it goes away, and little by little the necessary things are bought. Moreover, over time, most of the attachments from the status "want-want urgently" goes into the status "probably not needed".
There is no need to hurry with the attachments, except for those that are really needed.
Watching stocks / prices and exhaling is the best bait strategy

Today I made custard sour cream in a plastic bowl with a flexi nozzle, which is interesting by putting the bowl one side forward, flexi did not collect very well from one wall, turned it over and began to clean it off perfectly, I found such a life hack here while I was looking for something to whip up the butter.
I don't know what the whipped butter should be, but mine turned white and seemed to have increased in size.

zvezda, I only have a food processor, I have a medium grater, and the carrots should be placed horizontally, as far as the loading throat gives.

Prank , lost, the result is excellent, the cream is right! 6.0!

night_furia, the graters in the food processor differ significantly from the AT340 graters, and it is bad that they do not fit from one attachment to another. Look here, the differences, if not 10, but there are -

night_furia
Peter Push, I know perfectly well that they are different, because I have both of them. But Korean carrots can only be made with a grater, neither shredders nor julienne are suitable for this purpose, a super fine grater will not work either.
Miranda
Here we had a comparison with photographs.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments # 191

I did not make carrots in Korean, but even after Bosch's time, for marinade and other things, I use a medium grater, I did not buy julienne for Bosch, because I did not notice the difference in carrots, and the grater is more universal.

Here is a comparison of Bosch discs, but as for the grater, the carrots are about the same.

night_furia, Miranda, thank you! I love carrots in Korean, and I, having a food processor, rub and rub everything by hand (that's still work), so it was deposited in my head that there is only a high-speed grater for this carrot, so I was sad that it was impossible bribe her. Thank you again. Let our forum live and prosper!
night_furia
Peter Push, in vain I was sad, there are a lot of interesting things, of course, in the high-speed one, which is not in the food processor, but with carrots in Korean it will not help anything)))
Miranda
Peter Push, here you can see how to put a carrot and a medium grater.

And here

The length is only limited by the length of the feed opening.
On the spiralizer, carrots, by the way, should be 2x2 perfectly under the Korean carrots.

Hello Kenwood owners. I recently bought a Kenwood and am now adjusting the height of the attachments. Can you please tell me if they should touch the bowl a little at high speed, how to scoop slightly? I set it at low speed, it does not scoop. and knocks a little on high.

should they touch the bowl a little at high speed, as if scooping lightly?
L @ nochka, Svetlana, welcome to the topic!
There should be no knocking or beating.
Sometimes it depends not only on the adjustment height, but also on the position of the bowl and / or the nozzle itself in the landing nests.
Read here and here.
Good luck!
L @ nochka
Olga, thanks for the answer, but I'm stupid, to adjust the nozzles do you need to scroll the shaft (where do they cling)? What to do with the bowl? she pulled out the same from all sides.

Nearly. But it's not perfect.
We set the attachments as close to the bottom of the bowl as possible, and there a difference of half a millimeter can affect the beating against the walls of the bowl.
Are you sure that you can determine by eye how the bowl itself is of the ideal shape and how ideally it is the same in the places (grooves) of the attachment? And how much the grooves themselves on the bed are ideally the same.
It's just that when I was adjusting the nozzles, I noticed that if you perfectly adjust the bowls and the nozzles in their sockets in some positions, then in other positions you may experience a beat or shuffle along the bottom.
At first I thought that when fixing the height of the nozzle I shifted something, but after reinstalling everything was fine. I experimented with the position of the bowls and attachments in the sockets, turning each of them 180about, and realized that the geometry was not so ideal there.
Therefore, after the adjustment, I marked for myself the "working" position of the bowl and each nozzle with a permanent marker, and since then I have no surprises.
Good luck!
