Cheese balls with potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes 200 gr.
Grated cheese 65 g
A raw egg 1
Flour (preferably rye or coarse wheat) 50 gr.
spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg) taste

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes in peel until tender.
  • Clean and rub warm through a sieve or rotary grater.
  • Add grated cheese, egg, flour, spices (optional) - I don't add anything from spices.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to spin the balls. Then make balls the size of walnuts, roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
