Pineapple in syrup

Ingredients

A pineapple 1 PC. (600 gr. Peeled)
Sugar 200 gr.
Water 200 ml.
Cognac 30 ml.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pineapple, core it, and cut into slices or slices 1.0 cm thick.
  • Prepare sugar syrup, pour pineapple with it and boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour in brandy and let it brew (I have 12 hours).

Note

We bought an unripe pineapple, so we had to improvise. Surely, there is something like this on the internet
Cognac can be omitted or add something to your liking.
