Potatoes with Camembert cheese

Potatoes
Camembert cheese
Sour cream or cream (you can mix both)

Cooking method

  • I saw the recipe for potatoes with Camembert in Evgenia's Culinary Diary! Thank you, Evgeniya!
  • I liked it very much, so I prepared it myself and am sharing it with you.
  • So, peel the potatoes and cook until half cooked in salted water.
  • Take the Camembert cheese boxes and line them with baking paper.
  • Cut the half-finished potatoes into slices and fan them into boxes.
  • Put sour cream on top or pour cream. I made a mixture of cream with sour cream, pepper, salt and dried basil and generously (4-5 tablespoons) poured potatoes over it. I really liked the result.
  • After, spread Camembert cheese on the potatoes.
  • We put the boxes in a preheated oven and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Better under the grill.
  • Serve hot!
  • Bon Appetit!

It is quite an elegant and guest dish. And also very tasty and satisfying!
