Curd pancakes on yogurt

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 250gr
eggs 3 pcs
drinking yoghurt 350ml
soda 0.5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
flour 2 glasses
milk 500 ml
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and salt, add yogurt. Stir .. combine baking soda with flour and mix in parts into the dough. The result is a rather thick dough, which we dilute with milk. Add vegetable oil. Mix again. Let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes and start baking pancakes. We bake pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, greasing with a piece of bacon or vegetable oil if necessary (a matter of taste).
  • We put the pancakes in a pile, greasing each with butter. Eat with jam, butter, honey and other additions to your liking

  • Girls, the pancakes are not delicate, but velvet. I added strawberry yogurt, so the pancakes had a subtle strawberry flavor. Delicious!

Tanya, thank you dear for this recipe, baked yesterday a bunch of mala a mountain of pancakes, my sooo liked it, yeah !!! The dough is wonderful, it is poured into a frying pan in a thin layer perfectly! And yet, this dough smells soooo nice of cottage cheese, though I never noticed the taste of cottage cheese ... and these pancakes are very, very soft! I am adding this recipe to the list of favorites!
