The recipe is simple: cut 3-4 apples into pieces (no core), mix with the dough and bake.
Dough: 2 tbsp. flour, 4 eggs, 1st tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. l. soda. Mix eggs with sugar, you can use a mixer. Pour flour and soda into them, stir. The dough should be thick, not flowing freely. You can add vanillin or a couple tablespoons of honey for flavor.

Bake on the "baking" mode, this is the 11th program, 1h10min.

Here is a proven recipe for "Borodino" bread:
For 1 kg loaf

sugar (or honey) 2 b. l.
powdered milk 2 b. l.
rye flour 460 gr (840ml)
wheat flour 190 gr (300ml)
whey (water, potato broth - everything is great) 345 g
dry kvass 2 b. l.
yeast 1.5 ml
apple cider vinegar 2 b. l
garlic 2 tooth.

Dissolve dry kvass in a liquid. Finely chop the garlic (do not crush or grind). Pour all the liquid ingredients into the bucket
(whey with kvass, oil, vinegar),
pour a sifted mixture of two types of flour, milk powder) and put sugar, salt, spices in different corners of the bucket,
garlic and yeast.
I bake on program 6 dark crust. The only thing is that our MULI does not have a mode of black bread, so when kneading, I help to turn the bun with my hands so that it is kneaded from all sides. When the batch is finished, I take out the spatula, otherwise according to the program x. b.will mix 2 more times. And for black bread, you need to stand for at least 3 hours and rise. The result is even better when, after kneading, we take out the spatula, reset program 6, and turn it on again (time 3.25). The bread rises well!

Hello, after about 2 years, after purchasing Mulinex Uno, I want to share the recipe for my favorite gray bread. Once upon a time (20 years ago) our local bakery made such bread, it was called "White Form" in a simple way "Brick". It was sooooo delicious bread :). And with the help of a bread machine, by trial and error, I got such bread. Like everything ingenious, the recipe is simple, but there are nuances: 1) I use SAF-LEVURE active yeast in a blue package (they must be soaked in warm water), they differ from SAF-MOMENT (these are even more active, they can be used dry) ;
2) Wheat flour should be of high quality (price will be the guide here). I used rye flour of 2 brands and it suited me in both cases.
Recipe:
1. SAF-LEVURE yeast soak 1.2 teaspoons in 100 ml warm water. (not hot, ~ 30 * C) for 10-15 minutes. Stir well in water and add a pinch of sugar to the water. In a mug above the water, foam with a height of 2-3 cm should rise. The yeast is ready. If you use SAF-MOMENT, it will be 2 teaspoons (maybe a little less) dry, on top of the flour.
2. Bring the diluted yeast to 350 ml with warm water. Pour into a bucket.
3. Sugar 0.5 tablespoon (measured from a set of spoon)
4. Salt 2 teaspoons
5. Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
6. Wheat flour 400 grams + rye 100 grams. Mix both flours well before backfilling.
7. Program 6, dark crust. After the end of baking, I additionally put the 11th program (baking) for another 10 minutes, for better roasting and blush. After removing from the bucket, the bread "rests" for 2-3 hours.

The bread maker has been living at home for a long time, used it irregularly, until the son wanted home corn bread... Now we practically don't buy bread. The main types of homemade bread: white yeast, mustard. My favorite is corn. I found his recipe in the book by Anna Kitaeva "Me and My Bread Maker". The recipe given in the book was counted on a loaf in 750 g... The bread was perfect the first time.

So, 240 g ml of water with milk (or kefir) in any proportion;
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (I put corn oil, you can use any refined oil);
315 g wheat flour (I use premium flour);
90 g corn flour;
1.5 tsp salt;
2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
1.5 tsp dry yeast (I bake at saf-moment).
Optionally add 1 tsp for color.turmeric (I don't put in, cornmeal is enough for a nice crumb shade).

All foods should be at room temperature. From below, liquid ingredients are placed in the bowl, salt and sugar are added there. Flour is sifted, mixed, poured evenly onto the liquid. The yeast is added to the two indentations on the sides of the bowl. Bread is baked in the first mode - the main program, weight 750 g, medium or dark crust. Before turning on the oven for baking (about an hour before the end of the program), gently poured cheese grated on a coarse grater on top.
At the end of the program, I “wash” the loaf with water using a silicone brush. I take it out on a linen napkin, put it on its side, cover it with a napkin on top, let it cool. Then I put it in a plastic bag. The bread turns out to be high, with a beautiful fine-porous yellowish crumb, very tasty.

Hello everybody. The first thing I tried to bake was white bread according to the recipe from Michael from the first page of this topic. Everything worked out great, but I chose a medium crust and it came out harsh and rather thick.

I could not remove the kneading knife in any way until I read in a black and white book that I needed to pour water and soak it for 10-20 minutes, but it helped only after 2 hours of soaking it. The gap between the knife and the pin on which it is worn turned out to be tightly packed with dough, which was also baked during the baking process

Our family of 3 eats a loaf no earlier than three days in advance.
But on the trail. a day and even more so every other day the bread is already stale, we tried different storage methods.
In order not to stale so quickly, more splendor is needed, that is, either 30-50% more yeast than indicated in all the recipes, or increase the proving time by another hour and a half, since 1.5 hours provided by the programs (from which half an hour of kneading and an hour of proofing) is clearly not enough, which makes it impossible to put baked goods unattended or overnight.
