Good people, please give me a reference where you can look at this beauty and navigate prices and attachments. And the most important thing is to choose the car itself
I bought attachments and other "toys" on many sites, but I liked this store the most: the price, as a rule, is lower than many, there are no extra charges for non-cash payments, including VAT, that is, the price that is posted on the site for this and sell , packing is a miracle, you can't get anywhere. Once I even got a lower price than what is stated on the site. They accepted the application for the order, and after 2 days they called back that the KEN020 car had come for my order, and they took the price at the dollar rate on the day of the application.
Now, in my opinion, they also take orders on order.
If you need more links, write, I haven't erased them yet, I was looking for it myself recently.
Aha Bach
who studied what is the fundamental difference between the Kenwood models, the scatter is very strong, what is the main difference between the machines
Lyi
Of all the models, I would pay attention to the 010, and especially the 020 car.
This is the Titanium series. The Premier series is less powerful, the Prospero series includes plastic parts.
These are kitchen MACHINES for which you can buy attachments.
All other Kens are kitchen COMBINES, which is less valuable.
When choosing Kenov 010,020, be sure to see the completeness.
Mandatory attachments: dough hook, K-attachment, whisk, cream attachment, blender.
At the same time, pay attention to the additional attachments (different) that the store may offer (meat grinder + juicer, etc.), so the price may be more expensive, but there are additional attachments or cheaper, and there may not only be additional attachments, but also mandatory Not all.

No, the mixer with which Serge Markovi and a host of other culinary specialists usually make their sweets in the programs is KitchenAid - a luxury technique, much higher at a price from Kenwood. You can also buy attachments for it!
I felt the Kitchen aids, they were not impressed. Kenwood KMHs are decently made.
Just a promoted brand is likely and this is due to the high price we have.
I believe that in Europe and America the price is much lower, which is why they are common.
If we had been saddened, we would have found reserves.
But Kevud is much more interesting in terms of features and more understandable in terms of pricing policy.

Zvezda Askony, Mayonnaise turns out very well in a blender. First, beat the egg (it will beat even faster with the protein), then add salt and pour the oil through the hole on top, squeeze the lemon juice somewhere in the middle. Pour oil until it thickens. If it is very thick, add a drop of lemon juice. Proportions: for 1 egg - a glass of butter (approximately). I did it without mustard, it is more tender. And if you beat it with a whisk, then it is better from 2 eggs.

Fawn Pir,
I make sausage from minced meat.I didn't like it twisted in a meat grinder. I cut everything into approximately 1x1 cm cubes, put a lattice with large holes - and forward. I will answer right away in this post.
Only Titanium has potato peelers.
The meat grinder is a necessary thing
Cutlets, sausages, sausages, mashed potatoes, grind the same grits

About the Kitchens.
While I was looking for my harvester, I reviewed and felt what was possible and not possible.
Both Kitchen and KMH are made of metal - and so visually and to the touch thick.
Both look powerful. KMH is made better, more accurate and more pleasant.
Their parameters with Kitchen are most likely similar.
So I suspect that one of them took the idea from someone.
Kenwood has a more advanced idea.
There is also a test mixer.
The attachments are most likely the same as in the kitchen video.
And there is a kitchen machine with a large number of attachments and with a fairly decent supply of upgrade and (in terms of additional attachments)
If we submit ideas, I suppose they will be heard.
One of the ideas is dicing!
And unlike Bosch, make several sizes of cubes
Small, medium and large

I watched carefully the video about Kitchen Ide.
Most of the nozzles are made of plastic.
Plastic is easier to stain from food. Metal washes better.
I am not overjoyed at how quickly and easily the Ken 10 attachments are washed. I washed it with cold water and order.
The only more solid nozzle is a mill - only the result is the same !!!!
Kitchen's citrus press is a full guard.
Most likely lateral placement because there is only one nest.

You can touch and see Kitchen in the Metro on Pionerskaya metro station and on the Pulkovskoye highway.
they are there.
In terms of build quality and material, 10 and 20 are certainly more interesting than Prospero and Prmierre, because the price is the same.
I watched everything.
Until it was 10, 760 attracted the attention.
After 10, the 760 model becomes cheaper.
But still very, very well done
I took 10 - counting on a long job
Another of the differences in Titanium Kenwood is that the speed is adjusted smoothly; in Kitchens, it is 1,2,3 and so on. further by the lever.
Handle-lever-It is convenient for a cafe and other things, that is, it is more vandal-resistant (after all, it's not yours, it's not a pity, nobody canceled it, it's everywhere and in everything)
For home appliances - no one will tear the handle - and smooth adjustment is more pleasant
And how to take it for 30 tr - what can you take cheaper?
I don't see the point.
If you choose Kitchen or Titanium Kevud, then the smarter choice
Titanium-KMH.
I asked about the difference between KMH and KM - KMH has fewer nozzles.
Where to get nozzles for Kitchen is hard to imagine.
And the price they will have, wow, some, since they carry little.
If Kenwoods are widespread in the network and in stores, then Kitchen has only seen in the Metro.
So the price of Kitchen is not due to its "luxury" - but
1) brand promotion
2) Manufactured by USA (although not a fact)
And if it is really American, then delivery, customs clearance, etc., etc., is the nuclear price.
Again, they show him on TV.
Good things don't need such intrusive advertising !!!!!
IMHO (My personal opinion, I don't impose it on anyone)
Better than Kenwood 10-20 only Kewood 70
But he doesn't shine for me
Very expensive !!!!!
Although .... Never say never !!!!
if someone told me in November that I would have so much equipment from December to March, I would laugh - by God.
But go and you !!!!!

I don't know of course what Kenwood 70 can do, but Thermomix is very far from it !!!!!
Although I may not be right and there are decent thermomixes.
But when watching it, it was terribly sorry for the poor fellow Thermrmix, who courageously, with all his might, with the help of an elegant plastic butterfly nozzle, interfered with the curd.
It all reminded me of the Magic Bullit Express.
From him actually came the desire to have one unit for all (well, or almost all) occasions

Anya, twist the cereal to the state of flour in a meat grinder will not work. She will simply skip over all the holes that come her way. And flour will not work out. I, of course, have not tried it, but theoretically it is. To get flour from cereals and grain you need a millstone mill. Even the nozzle for Ken A 941 A, at the very minimum, does not produce a very fine grind (like flour from a store). I'm very happy with this attachment though. Now I can bake bread with whole grain flour and make flour from any cereal.

I consider a mill as an option for grinding feed.
Now I have crumbs - they have enough volume from the grinder.
But for large ones, of course, you need a mill.
But thank God there is always it. Unlike high speed shredder and ice cream maker.
Yesterday I wanted to slightly chop (in a grinder) walnuts for wheat-buckwheat bread.
But I missed the moment and they turned out very small
With which nozzle is it better to do this in order to divide each nut in two or three times, and not quite finely?
This did not affect the recipe
The bread is delicious as always.
The main thing with him is to stay away from him while he is warm (well, do not come off how delicious !!!!)

I cut into arbitrary cubes so that they can crawl into the mouth of the grater! For instant consumption (well, sprinkle the finished dish there) in an airtight container, I think, will be stored as much as a piece of cheese! if I see that a piece of cheese is stale and obviously will not be eaten until the quality is lost, I grind it into a container and into a freezer. The only thing is that cheese, soft in consistency, can freeze tightly enough, therefore, in the freezing stage, it is better to put it in a bag and stir it a little so that it does not freeze into a lump, and only then into a container (well, or leave it in the bag). I just keep it in Tupper's containers. Parmesan, on the other hand, freezes wonderfully. I always have it in the freezer at the ready!
But pizza, casserole take up very little time - the cheese is already grated, just pull it out and sprinkle it !!
Zvezda askony
The cheese question arose because I dumped a large rectangular piece of cheese (200 grams) and of course it got stuck there.
With the help of my wit, I got it out and therefore asked how best
Aunt Besya

Yes, prices are biting !! Therefore, I buy gradually! But what I like is that the walls of the containers are flexible, you can freeze and remove the frozen briquette without waiting for defrosting, and then put them in the same bags. I really like freezing broth. They are sealed, even if you throw it into the freezer, it will not flow out. You can, of course, use one-time penny for this purpose, but faced several times with their tremendous fragility, I abandoned this venture. These containers and micros are not afraid, you can directly from the freezer into a microruha! They never stand idle with me, now I poured 400 grams into jellied meat in them!
Pampering, of course, but nice!

I make mayonnaise very often, but in small portions, always with a whisk. The main thing is to adjust the whisk low enough so that it goes almost along the bottom. I do it very simply - I throw one yolk and a third or half a spoonful of mustard, a pinch of salt into the bowl of the combine and set it to beat at maximum speed. Considering the small volume, it is whipped just barely, as soon as the mixture brightens slightly, without stopping whipping, I start along the wall, add a little either sunflower or olive oil. The mixture begins to lighten and thicken when half the volume of oil is poured in - I add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice, maybe a little black pepper, the mixture brightens. Then it is better to switch to a medium or slow speed, otherwise the mayonnaise will turn out to be over-whipped, and slowly pour in the rest of the oil. My mayonnaise often comes out very thick, so I add a little more milk there - until the desired consistency is reached, this is certainly not according to classic recipes - but it is quite tasty and the consistency is what you need!
If suddenly it didn't work out the first time (like I did the first few times) and the mixture stratified and looked like something incomprehensible, do not throw it away, it is quite possible to add it instead of the second half of the oil to the second portion of mayonnaise.
In general, in the Kenwood recipe book from the official website there are recipes for mayonnaise, I took the original recipe from there, and now I'm doing everything by sight.

Yesterday I received A 941, a grinder for 410 UAH, thank you lisenok for advice on how to buy. In general, 5ok is a very interesting store at prices for nozzles, they are periodically sold much cheaper, you just need to remove the filter by region, since in Kiev, as a rule, nozzles at these prices are no longer available. Well, to order in the store of the city in which it is available, they can be sent by carriers without any problems.
Grinding in a mill turns out to be really coarser than ordinary flour, I grinded rice at the finest grind for a test - of course, it's coarser, but not fatal, it's quite possible to use it =) It's a pity there is no buckwheat on sale, now you can easily make buckwheat pancakes)))

PanteraKat, Tanyusha!
As promised, I am reporting on the sliced spaghetti.
I made spaghetti on the attachment to Ken AT 974.
If we simply consider the nozzle, then, unlike the usual 1.5 or 4 cuts, there are round holes in the diameter of the spaghetti (thin). In practice, when cutting, it turns out, as it were, double 1.5 noodles. If I had seen her before, I would not have bought this attachment.
I would buy AT 972 -4mm and AT 971-7mm noodles. The most optimal, thin noodles in broth, wide for garnish.
That is, at the moment, after testing the purchased attachments, I would ALWAYS buy: AT970 rolling, AT971-7 mm, AT 972-4 mm.
Wouldn't buy:
AT973-1.5 mm-cobweb, very thin tears and sticks together when drying
AT974 spaghetti double 1.5 mm (3 mm) noodles. When dried, it breaks, it is difficult to maintain the desired length, and if you look short after breaking, then 4 mm noodles look much more pleasant.
AT910 for round types of pasta (pasta) with all the additional attachments for it (horns, etc.) would not buy either.
Firstly, it is very slow in work, you turn on the speed more clogs. Secondly, it is very difficult to then clean all these small holes.
But that's my personal opinion. If you take it according to the shob boulo principle, and then the purchase of these attachments can be painlessly postponed until a later date.
Good luck. I would be glad if I helped.

Lyi, about the 974: just the wrong dough. I used to also make dough in a bread maker, like on noodles, and everything stuck together when cutting. The dough must be made according to the recipe for the nozzle, and at the same time stir with a hook. And you get wonderful pasta, separate, not sticky.

That's what I do. My recipe for noodle dough: 500 grams of flour, 0.5 tsp of salt, 5 eggs per cup and if the eggs are small, then add milk to 280 ml (I have very dry flour, when baking bread for 400 grams of flour I give 280-300 ml of liquid).
I knead with a hook in Ken. Write your dough recipe.

Good day to all!
Very, well, I really want IT! I rush between 010 and 020. I am more inclined to 020, since I often bake for home and custom start. I think a large bowl will come in handy

This is not for sale in our hole.
I understood the cheapest in Ukraine. In particular on their Kenwood website.

The next question is about the 640 Processor. How much is it needed? what are you doing in it? can a blender replace it? It seems that I understand what is needed, but also in thought
For graters, I lean more towards the high speed attachment

Girls from Krasnodar Territory, where and how did you acquire this technique? how was it delivered?

Today I dug up 020 for 17200 rubles on one site. in Moscow. I wrote off and they are not available until the end of April. I'm soooo upset

And then somewhere in the vast expanses of the Russian Post my meat grinder travels, I need to prepare in advance. And another question, and the high-speed shredder cuts only into strips, is there any cutting in cubes or rounds? If possible, what kind of disc shreds how and what is convenient to shred on it. L @ stochka, greetings to my countrywoman!
Read on page 31 my posts 307,309. I wrote there about the Kens and gave sites where you can buy them.
As a rule, normal shops accept marriage back, in this case you lose delivery to yourself and from yourself, but this is rare, since they try not to lead to a conflict, checking the goods before shipping.
I did the delivery via EMC mail. It turns out a little expensive, about 2 thousand rubles. But, if you are in Anapa itself, then you can order through Anapa Autotrading
Through them I received a smokehouse weighing 23 kg, delivery from Moscow to Anapa was about 700 rubles, but from Anapa to Temryuk district (home 60 km) it cost me + 1600 rubles

L @ stochka, Hi! I bought my 023 Kenwood through Moscow, on the Kupikenwood website. The blender attachment and the 640 are completely different. I had it all in the kit. For myself, I realized that in the summer I just need a high-speed grater for harvesting, a low-speed grater does not like me for now, or I rub it a little by carrots, cabbage, we also have disgusting tension, therefore, I think it pulls me badly. On a small food processor yesterday I quickly cut the salad for dinner. You can simply calculate what attachments are needed and form an order from this. I also had a scale, a meat grinder, a citrus juicer attachment and a chopper with cans. If we sum everything up in terms of price, it seems to be cheaper than the "naked" one, only with hooks-whisk, but the question is how much separate nozzles are needed ...
About delivery. If you live in Anapa itself, there is a transport company. They are cheaper and faster than mail.

AUVthere are 7 discs in a high-speed grater, two - a shredder (circles) of different thickness, two - like on fries (small - for julienne and more - like for potatoes) And three more - graters (like carrot, ordinary, size from tiny to large)

I wish you a speedy friendship with a high-speed one, here too the voltage is bad

023 is good, but a little expensive for ns yet. I think I'll have to first take the base and grains to it. And then we'll see further.
