It was necessary to write right away that the recipe was not for crooked hands, as Burda notes the complexity of the model on a sheet of patterns. My first mistake was that I took ceramic pans, not Teflon. Pancakes stuck to them tightly. Second: probably more flour was needed, because they were so tender that they broke when trying to shove a spatula under them. I had to add flour, and bake them the size of pancakes, otherwise it was still impossible to turn them over - they either torn or stuck together tightly.
In general, probably, because of all my misadventures, I did not like them. For some reason, they tasted bitter, either because of the onions, or because of the pepper. And they have some kind of slimy consistency, I didn't like it either.

celfh , I apologize for your review. I do not want to offend in any way, I am writing this for those who are like me, so that they, knowing their peculiarity, do not aim at this recipe, so that later, in disappointment from the expended energy and products, they do not find it all tasteless.

I baked in a cast iron frying pan (through many years of trial and error, I found out that these pans are better than all others), the diameter is small, about 22 cm and the first 2 pancakes were lumpy. Then the frying pan warmed up properly and there were no problems. On the contrary, I tried to bake it thinner, and the child demanded a thicker one, so that it was like pancakes. But I didn't. Maybe it's true, a lot depends on the frying pan?
