Hello bakers! Please accept into your friendly ranks. I have been reading your forum for a month and a half already, I got fired up with the idea of baking and began to study the issue. I opted for a Panasonic 255 or 254 and rushed to the shops. And then it turned out that we had no bread makers! None! Minsk, online stores - oh, that's it! There are a couple of proposals, but after clarification it turned out that there are no stoves there either, and it is not known when they will be. After some ordeals, I found one store, where I was offered to bring an LG HB-206CE or HB-151 JE ($ 250 and $ 145, respectively) to order. Tell me, pliz, should I buy LG? And one more thing: Russian chef - what does this mean? Special baking programs?
Thanks in advance for your help and participation.

Of course buy, if there is nothing else, a wonderful stove. If possible, buy 206 model, it is newer

In Ukraine, at the Panasonic representative office, they promised the delivery of stoves in the 20th of March. Maybe they will come to you later. I'm not discouraging you from buying an LG, but I think it's a little expensive. 3 days ago, for example, I saw in a regular electronics store Panasonic 254 for 880 hryvnias - that's 4400 rubles or 180 dollars. Maybe it's worth a little more wait? Although I know from myself how hard it is to wait for the stove

And I sit and think 151 I bought from me in 1999, and it is JE - a good stove, but the price !!! she's just transcendental. This year I saw her for a price from 2100 to 2500 rubles. that's up to $ 100.

206 is a model of the last. If you really choose, then her. There are 151 loaves of 2 sizes, the largest is 680g. We barely had enough for four.

And that there are no other options for the price at all? I bought my Panaska for 5200 (about $ 200) IMHO, LG does not pull this amount. I repeat once again, LG's ovens are very good, but I wouldn't rush. You can definitely find them cheaper.

So it seems to me that it was too much, if I had 200 dollars, I would not hesitate, I would buy it right there. There is simply no strength to wait, so I want to try to bake all sorts of delicious bread. I have already bought electronic scales, and the assortment of flour in stores has been studied (there is also a very limited choice - wheat premium and 1 s, I saw rye only in one store), and here such an ambush with stoves!

I have an LG-206? I am very pleased, I bought MOULINEX, there were problems, quickly (until 15 days had passed) I ran to change it to LG, I use it in full, it happens two or three times a day. SATISFIED !!!!!!!
RECOMMEND!!!!!!

And I think about the price, and, suddenly, your others are even more expensive, you need to know in general the range of prices, for Ukraine it turns out to be expensive, or maybe your prices are just the same?

It is very difficult to wait, I know from my own experience, I could not resist and bought an LV205 1.5 months ago, of course, there are probably better ones, but I'm quite happy with mine! Take it, and life will become more interesting! but at a price, it's difficult to advise, we now have Panas255 in stores for $ 300, despite the fact that before the boom it could be bought for 150 ...
now I got into the Internet, here in Ukraine the 206 can be bought for 120-130 dollars ...

All! The idiot's dream has come true! LG HB-206CE is already at home, waiting for the end of my working day.
Bought in a store for 500 thousand Belarusian rubles. rub. (approx. $ 230), slightly cheaper than it was suggested to bring it from Moscow. But since there is no choice - so be it! I hope my purchase will meet my expectations.
Well, everything, in the evening I'm starting to try. Bless!

And here is the first pancake:
LG HB-206CE - Should You Buy It?
Baking recipe Admin from the article for beginners.
One caveat - live pressed yeast was used.
Well, wow pancake! Wonderful bread!

Happy immensely! I did not even expect such enthusiasm from myself. I bake every evening - 4 times since last Friday, trying different recipes: main white, with oatmeal, French.
Everything works out, I control the batch, I add flour almost always - maybe we have dry flour - in a 230 ml glass I have 130-133 grams.

I already love my stove dearly!

I know what you mean!! I am also a happy owner of the same stove for almost a month now .. and I just can’t tear myself away from it. ... I bake every day .. sometimes 2 times a day .. There are already recipes that have firmly taken first places in our family and I bake them regularly ... Experiments I do a lot ... I like something, something not very much, and I make adjustments for myself ..
I really want to try grain bread, but I just can't find grain flour ..
Yes, and more .. we have a glass for 230 ml, and 240 .. if you fill it to the very top of your head ... you need to take this into account, because in some recipes, ingredients are also given in cups, but there are notes that they have a cup 250ml .. so for our stove you need to count ... And so I don’t weigh flour .. so I want to buy an electronic scale, but I can’t choose .. until there is nothing ..
Ferry
I also bake every day, so I want to try different recipes!
We do not have grain flour either. I bought buckwheat, wheat 2nd grade and rye bran. I will add instead of a part of wheat premium.

Not even a beginner yet. For now, I'm just choosing the stove. Russian chef - interesting modes: honey-mustard, pumpkin, sour cream, rye and even Easter cake.
So far I have opted for Kenwood BM 350. Can you bake the same bread on it or not?
Does LG have real bells and whistles or just thought of promoting it correctly?

Have guessed All this and others can be baked in any oven
Ferry
On the program "Russian Chef" she baked sour cream bread with seeds according to the recipe from the instructions. I liked it very much. It seemed to me that this program has a slightly different temperature regime. The gingerbread man during kneading was noticeably warmer than in the "main" baking mode, and the heating element clicked almost from the beginning of the program.
I am happy with the stove, I liked everything that I baked. I took the recipes from the instructions and from the forum (thanks a lot to the kind people!), The advice of experienced people on controlling the kolobok helped a lot.
A colleague at work also has an LG bread maker, another model, where rye and sour cream bread is baked on the "special" program.

And on the program "Russian Chef" I make Darnitsky, Borodinsky, Rye bread.,. .. wonderful breads !! I chose the model just because it was possible to bake rye bread !!!

Girls, I have a problem ... I've been baking in LG for 1.5 years, the bread has stopped taking out well. Sticks to the walls. What to do???

Karoline
I have had LG HB-206CE for the 3rd day already, I was baking a cake, white bread (very tasty and airy), rye was surprisingly French baking. All recipes from the attached instructions.

Hurrah! I have a BREAD Maker! I wanted so long, chose, finally, she is at home !!!
I don’t know if I’m on the right topic, but I wanted to share how I came to the choice of my girl, suddenly someone will help to decide, it’s a very difficult, nervous and energy-intensive business CHOICE
Firstly, your (OUR!) Site was found! and was read (well, almost) all. Many thanks to EVERYONE, they were not too lazy and wrote about their successes and failures, mistakes and findings. THANK YOU! If not for you, it would be much more difficult.
Secondly, the summary, from what I read, was like this - any oven can OVEN, you have to choose: OPTIONS, PRICE, EXECUTION, APPEARANCE, loyalty to the BRAND. Here to each his own.
I will definitely not make Butter and Yogurt in it, for this I have other technologies. Jam is not for everyone, especially since you can use a microwave (I found a recipe here), then, on the forum, I found information that it is possible to make jam can affect the life of the gland in a bucket, and if there is no passionate desire to cook jam in a bread maker, it is quite possible opt out of this feature. But the Cupcake turned out to be important (again after reading the forum), since this is a separate baking function. Further, the choice of shape and type - depends on the taste, color and on where you are going to put it, but this is important, the conditions for the stove must comply with the instructions and will live longer.
That's about the kind of reasoning that led me to my girl !!!! I write and watch how the first bread is baked I don’t know what will come of it, but oh-oh-very much I hope that it will be edible. I really want to learn how to bake rye bread, and the family asks for something different and always delicious. I will read, study, try, the experience here is already CSO-GO! Thank you very much to everyone who shares it!

E mine, how long has been here, in this topic no one. They gave me a new x / stove LG HB-206CE. Children bought a stove for my friend, and the stove stood for 3 years, and she decided to give it to me. And I have grabbing hands, I have Middea, no, and I'll take this one. While on trial. Now I bake the simplest bread from Admin, our guru not only for bread. It works very quietly. LG is my second one, the first one did not bake very well, the bread crumbled, and was not always baked, it worked as a kneader and that's it, but it worked for 12 years. I really like Midea, the bread there is always excellent, and does not crumble when sliced.
Fossa
Hello! What is your Medea bread machine model? I have an LG HB-155CJ. But already old. I have already changed the bucket and the bearing with an oil seal. Now the second bucket has lost some of the Teflon coating and the gland is already passing. I think it's time to buy a new bakery.
Thank you.

Good evening!!! I have Midea ENS 10 AN, it works like a Cinderella and everything is fine. I am very pleased with her. The bucket is like new.

What I want to say about the LG HB-206CE bread maker. For a year, you can already draw conclusions. Firstly, it is very smelly, I washed it in the cold, in the sun, and washed and wiped it. The smell just disappeared recently. It's hard to insert the bucket, you have to get used to it. No dumplings and pasta dough function. But he bakes bread well. I liked the cupcake too. There is no smell now, it has disappeared. The dough also kneads well.
