Baby biscuits

Ingredients

Flour 320 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sl. butter (margarine) 130 gr.
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 10 gr.
Baking powder 9 gr.

Cooking method

  • Cookies for babies, in my opinion, should be one of the simplest products. They may be allergic to many supplements, and some may not. But I really want to please my little dear person. Therefore, I try to use funny cutting molds. The dough can be different. Sour cream, for example. But the idea of decorating here, in my opinion, is very interesting.
  • Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla sugar, and grind well until white.
  • Add softened butter (margarine), baking powder. Add flour and knead the dough.
  • Pinch off a small piece from the dough and paint it pink or add cocoa, if your child can have it (I have beetroot and carrot juice), knead well. After adding the juice, you will most likely need to add a little flour.
  • Roll out the white dough, cut out the flowers and animals with a mold, place on a greased baking sheet (I have a non-stick cloth). Put a piece of colored dough into the garlic press and squeeze it into the middle of the finished flower, cut it off with a knife, if necessary, level it.

  • Bake the finished cookies at 180-190 degrees for about 15 minutes. Do not bake too much.

I do it for one egg, but for some reason I need more than half of flour, otherwise the dough doesn't turn out "cool". And so - the cookies are very tasty. Renok eats in an instant) Thanks for the recipe.
