Ingredients

Let me remind you of the marinade:
Mushrooms 500 g
Vinegar 75 ml
Oil 75 ml
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Peppercorns 10 pieces.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Apple 1 \ 4 pcs.

Cooking method

  • I made this salad from fresh oyster mushrooms.
  • Peel the oyster mushrooms, cut off the coarse parts of the legs, wash quickly under water, put in a pan, add all the ingredients and boil over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Taste, if you need to adjust the taste of the marinade.
  • Transfer the hot mushrooms to a jar and cool.
  • Mushrooms are prepared quickly, do not keep on fire for a long time, so that the mushrooms do not creep.

  • Try cooking if mushrooms are not available.
  • Or you can not look for them, but boldly cook pickled Oyster mushrooms.
