The gravy boiled down and thickened in an hour - it turned out delicious.
The pepper is also delicious.
Summary: in AG you can cook dishes in liquid, but for a long time. I would cook stuffed peppers in AG, if I need to cook a small amount - 2-4 small peppers.
It makes sense to cook a large number of peppers in the oven.
