Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cottage cheese 2 packs
250 g each
Egg 5 pcs.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Soda, pay off in 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 1 tsp.
Sugar and sour cream for smearing

Cooking method

Mix everything. Put on steam for 30 minutes. (not to be confused with a steam bath. The container with the dough must not be immersed in water). Bake like regular pancakes. We put the finished ones in a container that can be put in the oven. We put a layer of pancakes, sprinkle with sugar, pour sour cream. Again a layer of pancakes, sugar, sour cream.
You can eat both hot and cold.

Cooking time: 20 min.
Cooking program: Put in the oven over medium heat

Clearly - it looks like this. The water is boiling in a larger pot. The smaller pan with the dough is inserted into the larger one so that its bottom does not touch the water, because the dough will simply brew. The fire is such that the water boils all the time and the inner pan is doused with steam. Cover with a lid, do not completely cover, leave a gap.
So min. 30. Make sure that the water does not boil away. In fact, everything is much simpler than stated. Bon Appetit.
