The second time the halva was weighed out, which is not known in the composition, it baked with three cakes, the cuttings along the edge were also not very green, I was already upset, but in the end the cake in the cut was a wonderful green color!)) The only thing, it was necessary to soak it harder, it was a little dry for my taste.

I decided for myself - the reason is the temperature. overheated, I think the cakes. I will do it next time at 180 degrees. easy and tasty and effective! ))))

Veronica, formochka, not every sunflower halva gives a rich green color. The lighter the halva, the less green the cake. It is necessary to take a darker, fatty halva - as they did in Soviet times, although that one is not there.
And if you put baking powder, and not soda, it also turns a little green.
