Thin Armenian lavash 4-5pcs.

We have now renamed Armenian pita breads to wheat rolls), in a package there is 1 roll, weighing 200 grams, but long, so I'm wondering, is one package probably not enough for this recipe?
Elenka
Krosh, Innochka, I believe that one is definitely not enough.
Two is just right. Maybe a small piece will remain. Microwave the leftover chips. Just cut and dry with scissors.

Lenochka, thank you very much for the prompt answer to my question !!!

Microwave the leftover chips

Oh, they love it, since there is no microwave, I do it in the oven:

Innochka, good health! Actually, I'm at sea with children, telephone internet ... accidentally dropped in.
The heat is incredible now, I didn't even remember about the oven. Achma in the oven tastes better and ruddy, if it's not hot ...
The chips are good!

Girls, what kind of pita chips ???

Elenka, Lenochka, baked achma in Panasonic-10, the same time - 40 + 20 min. Delicious!
Elenka
Rita, thanks for the tip! It's great that little Panasonic did it!
Fantik
Elenka, I'm doing it for the second time. Just like yours, I cut into squares with scissors. Delicious yummy! The first time I did it in a multicooker. Oven today. True, according to the availability of products, both times I made from a mixture of cottage cheese with hard cheese. Well, very tasty!

Good health! Thanks for using my recipes.
In the oven, of course, it turns out tastier, but in a slow cooker. - easier.
It doesn't matter what the filling, as long as it tastes good. They also do it with boiled meat, but I have not tried it.
Fantik
Elenka, Thank you!
I don't want meat. And today I put the achma again. Cottage cheese, cheese. I am straight from the consistency of the cake and the taste!

In the background there is an apple pseudo-strudel made from lavash. Now also a frequent dish on our table.

ElenkaThank you very much for the recipe! Made half of the serving at Redmond 02. I took cottage cheese, feta and hard cheese, and added a decent amount of frozen dill. There was no kefir. She took milk and sour cream. Well, it turned out very mentally. And thanks to the small volume of CF, the achma turned out to be tall and pretty. Thank you for a simple, unspoiled and delicious recipe.

*Karma, good health! Thanks for your feedback!
Yunna
Yesterday I saw a link to your achma, today I went in and bought cheese and lavash and cooked it for dinner. Thank you, delicious! My husband really liked him, he is a big fan of achma and, most importantly, quickly.
Elenka
Yunna, I am pleased that I liked Achma. After all, this is a lazy and simplified option, but decent to taste.

Very tasty and fast!
I kept the recipe in bookmarks for a long time, but somehow I did not use it. And then everything worked out and ... we really liked it! I love this kind of food, but with tomatoes and cucumbers - great! Princesca coped with it in 15 minutes, and even kept it off for 5 minutes.

By the way, I did not use butter, as I baked it in a silicone mold.

Ekaterina2Thanks for the tip! After all, you can really bake in Princess! And then in Panasonic, well, it turns out for a very long time ((
Elenka
Ekaterina2, thanks for the helpful feedback! Cooking with other devices is always welcome.
Ekaterina2
Elenka, so I didn't even have a thought in something else oven, only in Prinzeska! Moreover, Princescu1 was repaired for me. The male half of humanity immediately suggested repeating, just add more stuffing inside ..
Elenka
Ekaterina2, I don't have a princess, but I'm baking in a miracle oven. Got an idea.

I think that I would have grown to this wonderful stove as well. But ... I beat myself on the hands, do not enter, do not look, do not make plans.
I have been at HP for the twelfth year already, which I just didn’t buy and already 2-3 times: a second bread maker, three multicooker, 2 pressure cookers and half a dozen of all sorts of very necessary units.
Although, such a stove is very relevant now for me. But no!
