Pasta with cream, cheese and spinach

1 large portion (instead of lunch)

125 g pasta (dry weight)
1 onion (slightly less than medium)
1 table. the spoon grows. oils
spices (wig, curry, nutmeg)
salt pepper
100 g frozen minced spinach
100 ml liquid cream (fat content does not matter)
50-60 gr of hard cheese

Chop the onion very finely, simmer in vegetable oil until soft, add dry pasta, fry, stirring so that the pasta is enveloped in oil, add spices, stir a couple of times and pour in hot water (to completely cover the pasta). Season with salt, pepper, simmer without a lid until the pasta is ready (do not overcook!). When the water has practically evaporated, add the spinach,

simmer, stirring occasionally, to defrost the spinach. Pour in the cream, simmer to allow time for the cream to saturate the pasta. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese, stir and serve.

Z. Y. Meat eaters can add bacon, diced boiled meat, or any meat and sausage leftovers. Better yet, serve pasta as a side dish so that the meat does not spoil the taste.
