Ingredients

mini farfalle 125 g
cherries (fresh or from a can) 175 g
eggs 2 pcs
cream (or milk) 100 ml
sugar 2 tbsp. l
vanilla sugar 1 p
almond flakes 2 tbsp. l
powdered sugar
grated chocolate

Cooking method

  • Bring water to a boil and cook the farfalle according to the instructions.
  • Grease a baking dish (18-20 cm Ø) well.
  • Drain the pasta, mix with the cherries (also pre-drained, if it is from the jar) and put in a mold.
  • Beat eggs with cream or milk, add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Pour over pasta and sprinkle with almond petals.
  • Bake in preheated to 190-2000From the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate before serving (optional).

I burn noodles! I love it for a number of reasons6 a) I love pasta b) pasta is always played in noodle makers tasty and unusual c) noodle makers allow you to effectively add the remaining cooked pasta (including overcooked).
My pasta is simple - horns. There were no almonds, but it’s delicious without it. Poured 20% cream - went sooooo good. She took frozen cherries without defrosting. And it was a puncture. If you repeat, then the cherries must be thawed and drained from the juice. Because frozen cherries thaw out and give moisture during baking. This does not affect the taste of the casserole, but it changes the structure - the filling does not set.
For me, serving with powdered sugar or chocolate (I tried this and that) seemed sweetish. "Without nothing" - that's it. It seemed to me that this casserole should be served either warm (it perfectly tolerates reheating), or chilled (in this case, the cream gives an interesting "dessert" taste).
I definitely take the recipe. I plan to repeat it with oranges, and possibly rhubarb + apple.
