Recipe from "Freizeit Revue" magazine.
It is very convenient that potatoes can be boiled in the morning and in the evening in 20 minutes, you will have a wonderful dinner ready.

for 4 servings

Greek potatoes

800 gr potatoes
4 bell peppers (preferably colorful)
3 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
3 table. tablespoons of vegetable oil
0.5 tea paprika powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
200 gr feta cheese or feta cheese
3-4 feathers of green onions
salt, pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes in a "jacket" in salted water until tender. Cool slightly, peel, cool to room temperature, cut into slices about 3 mm thick.
Cut the bell peppers into strips approximately 3 mm thick.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel, remove seeds, cut into strips approximately 3 mm thick.
Finely chop the garlic (do not crush!).
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add garlic, simmer slightly. Add potatoes, wig and fry briefly. Season with dry paprika, salt, pepper and stir. Add tomatoes and oregano, quickly fry everything together.
Cut the green onion into rings, dice the cheese. Add to skillet, stir and serve.
I added 125 g of bacon in cubes on my own (I threw it first).
Fast, tasty, aromatic, satisfying!

Stelochka, I have this dish on duty (though I never do it according to the recipe, everything is by sight, and I vary the seasonings), but I have never added cheese, I will have to try to make it with cheese, and serving on the table, proudly say - today we have Greek potatoes !!!
