Potatoes "Golden"

1 kg potatoes (preferably small ones)
50 ml dark balsamic vinegar
1 tea spoon of honey
1 coffee spoon dry basil
2 table. tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 table. tablespoons of olive oil

Boil the potatoes in a "jacket" in salted water until tender. Cool slightly, peel, cool to room temperature.
In a small saucepan, bring vinegar and honey to a boil, add basil, cook for 1 minute.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the potatoes until golden brown, salt, add the vinegar-honey mixture and heat, stirring (the recipe says "tossing", but I can't do that) over high heat.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

This is sooooo delicious!

We ate with such a salad, something like tzatziki.
Cottage cheese, herbs, a chive, fresh cucumber cut into small cubes, "Zucchini-carrot mixture for salads". Yum!
