Ingredients

Meat (pork) 500gr
Onion 1 piece, large
Sour cream 20% 250-300gr
Flour 1 tbsp. l
Tomato paste 2 tsp
Salt, pepper, ground coriander taste.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Switch on the "TOASTING" program for 10 minutes, level 3

  • Switch on the MULTI-COOK 120 degrees program for 7 minutes.
  • Served as a garnish - rice with green beans and corn, according to Tanyushin's converted recipe from the book. Well, very tasty !!!
