Homemade khachapuri

Ingredients

Kefir 300 ml
St. yeast
(or 1.5 tsp dry)
10 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 400-450 g
Yolk
and drain. dough oil
1 PC.
Filling:
Brynza 300-400 g
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method



  • Grate the cheese (I also added a piece of Russian, I had to "dispose of"), add the egg (I added 1 more egg white for lubrication) and mix. If someone wants salting filling, then you can add salt to taste.
  • I kneaded the dough in a bread maker on the TESTO program. Divided in half and rolled out 2 sheets 4-5 mm thick.
  • She put the sheet on a baking sheet, put the filling, covered it with a second sheet, pinched the edges in the center, made a hole for air to escape and put it on for proofing (30-40 minutes). Smeared with yolk and put in a hot oven (170 * -180 * C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Immediately grease the top of the khachapuri with butter.
  • You can eat hot.

Note

In general, they know how to make such khachapuri in every home. The dough turned out to be unusually soft, I decided to share it. Only the photo was not very high quality, I took it in the evening, I was afraid that it would not stay until morning.
