Cabbage salad with feta cheese

Any cabbage (white cabbage, Peking cabbage, Iceberg salad, ordinary green salad)
Onions or green onions
Parsley, coriander, celery to taste
Bryndza (suluguni, goat or sheep cheese)

Refueling
1 table. a spoonful of olive oil
1 table. a spoonful of lime juice
1 table. a spoonful of soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove of garlic (through a press)

In a salad bowl, beat the dressing with a fork.
Chop cabbage and onions very thinly (almost transparent). If the cabbage is white, grind it. Cut the cheese into cubes (as on Olivier). Chop the herbs finely.
Add all the ingredients to the salad bowl to the dressing and mix.
Very interesting and spicy.
