Eggplant 2 pcs.
Turkey fillet 400 g
Tomato juice 800 ml
Broccoli 150 g
Fried mushrooms 150 g
Green pea 100 g
Garlic 2 teeth
Tabasco 1 tsp
Salt taste
Garnated gelatin 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pre-pour gelatin with one glass of tomato juice from the total amount and leave it to swell.
  • At this time, cut the eggplants lengthwise into plates about 1 cm thick, and grill until tender:

  • Cover the form (and for this amount of products I used a form measuring 25 x 11 x 6 cm) cover with cling film, on which, tightly, overlap, lay the fried eggplants:

  • Now we grill thin slices of turkey fillets and put them in a mold over the eggplant:

  • Cooking the filling. Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave oven until it is completely dissolved, without bringing it to a boil, and mix with the rest of the tomato juice, adding salt, chopped garlic and tabasco to it. We leave the juice to gel in a cool place, but, without allowing the moment of its complete solidification, add broccoli cabbage disassembled into small inflorescences, boiled or canned green peas and fried mushrooms. Broccoli must first be lightly blanched with salt and a pinch of sugar so that it retains a bright green color, and for the same purpose, pour cold water over it. It is important to find the moment of the correct density of the jelly - if it is not dense enough, then the filling will simply sink. If we are not sure that we are not mistaken, then we can lay the filling in layers - a layer of jelly, a layer of filling. And so on to the very edge of the form.

I ordered my husband to buy. he bought a 10g bag, and on the bag there is a recipe for 20g. in general, when I combined it with tomato juice, I very much suspected that nothing would solidify ...
result: when I brought the dish to the guests, there was delight and admiration from the hostesses: it looks very bright and shines effectively! I was afraid to cut, I ran away and sharpened the knife again, because this beauty sagged under the knife. the taste is excellent and fresh.
