  • I can suggest a recipe for fish:

  • Boil the potatoes and cut into rings into a baking dish (I bought a rectangular one with sides), put fish fillets on top (I use sole, it's fatty) with salt and seasonings, cover the fish with onion rings on top and fill it all with mayonnaise. Into the airfryer, on a medium wire rack, high speed for 30-40 minutes. Specifically, I don't write "in grams", I do it from what I have. This is not a bread maker, precision is not needed here. I tried raw potatoes down, they don't bake for a long time.

  • Don't try to bake yeast dough, you will be disappointed. In the airfryer, baked goods are made from puff pastry, charlotte, muffins. About the magnifying ring: I only put it on when I sterilize the jars. Whoever wants, I can even write a recipe for blanks.

I totally agree that potatoes with meat and fish take a long time to bake even in the oven, and even longer in AG. Well thought up with boiled, I will use it!
