Pepper stuffed with zucchini

3 medium-small zucchini
1 large onion
100 gr sour cream
125 g bacon (you can or without it)
a slice of hard cheese
6 large bell peppers

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 4 parts, grease with olive (any vegetable) oil and bake in the oven until golden brown (if the variety is not zucchini, peel the zucchini). Dice the onion, fry until golden brown in the minimum possible amount of vegetable oil. Add diced bacon and diced baked courgettes. Simmer until the liquid evaporates. Add one tablespoon of flour, mix, add sour cream, bring to a boil, add hard cheese grated on a fine grater, mix, bring to taste (salt, pepper), add finely chopped parsley.
Carefully remove seeds and stalks from sweet peppers, soak in boiling water for several minutes, stuff with minced squash, wrap each pepper in foil and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
To say that it is delicious is to say nothing!
