MEAT "GUEST ON THE THRESHOLD"

Ingredients:

Meat 250-300g
Bulb onions 2 pieces
Pickles 2 pieces
Mayonnaise
Sour cream

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat and cucumbers into strips, onion rings (cut in half rings).

  • Put the meat in a mold, add onions, cucumbers (distributed evenly over the surface of the meat), pour in a little hot water and pour mayonnaise or sour cream. Close the lid.

  • Cook for 40 minutes at 260 deg., High speed.


  • Bon Appetit!
