ABOUTa handful of lions (I did it with both black and green)
Zspruce (parsley, coriander) to taste

Cut the paprika into large cubes and simmer in a cauldron under the lid in olive oil (2-3 tablespoons).
Dry the feta cheese or feta cheese on a paper towel and grate on a coarse grater.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater, chop the olives into rings, add the chopped herbs and cooled paprika along with the oil.
