Carrot cake

3.5 cups flour
Knead the dough, make three cakes and put them in the cold for 30 minutes. Bake in a dish lined with baking paper at 180 ° until golden brown.
Cream: 600 gr sour cream, a glass of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, 3 teaspoons of cocoa (optional).
Decorate with fruit (I have kiwi, banana, tangerines from a jar, the remnants of cherry confiture) and cover with transparent icing for the cake.
Leave to soak from evening to morning (not in the refrigerator).
The cake is sooooo fragrant!
