Baked Pepper Salad

Ingredients

Red pepper 3 pcs.
yellow pepper 3 pcs.
green pepper 3 pcs.
garlic 5 teeth
olive oil taste
lemon juice taste
salt taste

Cooking method

We bake the peppers in the oven until tender, for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees C, put in a plastic bag until they cool down, so that the skin peels off well.

lana7386, Thank you. The salad is really wonderful. I forgot to add that it is also called "Moroccan pepper".

Mutually, Merry Christmas!

Yesterday I bought it on the occasion of the peppers - today I cooked it. The skins are not peeled off, but it's good with them!

I buy thick-walled peppers and bake them until the skin darkens, but don't overexpose. I keep it in the bag until it cools completely. Then the skin comes off easily.

I immediately liked this recipe and for good reason! Very tasty, especially after the salad has been infused in the refrigerator for a couple of days

In the Balkans, this salad is sold on every corner. In Montenegro, in Croatia, right on the street. What a smell! And yet peppers are more aromatic in summer!

That is why the peel has peeled off your peppers, but not from mine! While they were collected, transported, stored at different temperatures ...

MariV, and I have never had problems with skinning - neither in winter nor in summer. And I don't even put peppers in a bag. Maybe you haven't baked enough? The skin should begin to bubble slightly.

I baked them for about 40 minutes in convection mode at T 180 - however, in microwave. I don't see a big problem - more than half are gone!
mka
I don't bake in the microwave. Only in the oven, or over an open fire.

I bake in different techniques, including microwave, but it is better to do it there on the grill, and not on convection.

I have the same problem, no resin skinned. I think these are such peppers.
But still the result is great! delicious!!! And the mood is lifted by such a play of colors on the table, but in the wilderness! Thanks a lot to the author!

On an open fire, that's great! Let's wait until summer
