Ingredients:

glass 250 ml
Kefir 1 glass
Milk 1 glass
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt pinch
Egg 1 piece
Vegetable oil 2 table. spoons
Flour 1 glass
Baking powder 0.25 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt into the mixer bowl, stir. Pour in kefir, add an egg, beat until smooth, gradually pouring in milk. Leave on for 30 minutes.

  • Fry as usual.

  • This portion makes 10 of the most delicate pancakes in a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm.

  • Delicious with caramel sauce!

I decided to try it with fermented baked milk first, made a double portion, added a little more sugar and 1 egg. I had just baked a few pancakes when the family announced that guests would appear in 15 minutes. It's always like this!
