Cake "Surprise"

Melt 200 grams of margarine + 3/4 cup sugar + 0.5 cup kefir + 1 bag of vanilla sugar + 250 grams of cottage cheese (creamy, from a tube) +1 egg + 3 cups of flour mixed with a bag of baking powder. The dough is thick, but not very good for a spoon, not for hands.
Divide the dough into two parts, in one of them stir in a tablespoon (top) of cocoa.
Spread the dark and light dough alternately into a mold in strips (petals) from edge to center. I got six stripes of dark and light. Bake the cake, cool, cut into two layers.
Beat 400 grams of sour cream with 0.5 cups of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar. Grease the cake with cream, collect, and leave to soak until the next day.
When stacking the top, lay so that the darker portions of the bottom cake are aligned with the lighter portions of the top cake.
Thus, I baked one cake, and it seems that there were two of them. And when I cut it, it turned out interesting. One piece has a dark top, another piece has a light top, etc.
The cake is not wet. If desired, the cakes can be soaked in syrup.
