Question. Is it possible to feed a hefty man to the dump with two potatoes and 75 grams of meat?
Wrong answer! As far as possible!

Freezing in pots

For two ceramic pots.
4 medium potatoes
150 g of meat (turkey or chicken fillet, pork) from the freezer
1 medium onion
1 small carrot
2 cloves of garlic
2 handfuls of frozen mushrooms
6 scoops of spinach ice cream (can be substituted for bell peppers)
2 table. sour cream spoons
1 teaspoon topped with tomato paste
30 g (approximately) butter
dry or fresh dill and parsley

Pour a little boiling water into a pot (1-1.5 cm), cut 2 potatoes into cubes, put in a pot, pepper, salt.
We cut the meat straight from the freezer into pieces with a bread knife, put in a pot, pepper, salt, seasonings to taste.
Then onion in small cubes, carrots in thin strips, finely chopped garlic, mushrooms. Pepper, salt.
Now spinach or bell peppers, fresh or dry herbs.
And again potatoes.
Dilute sour cream and tomato in a glass of hot water and pour half into each pot. Put a small piece of butter on top (only for the smell), cover with lids.
We put the pots in the oven at 180 degrees. and we languish for an hour after boiling at a temperature of 140 degrees (you can hear when the gravy starts gurgling in the pots).
My husband said it was very tasty, but a bit too much.
