Potatoes with mushrooms in the oven

If the potatoes are young, you do not need to peel, just wash thoroughly, put on a paper towel, let dry, then cut into large enough cubes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, pour in a couple of tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil, mix and set aside.
Fry mushrooms (I have champignons from the freezer) with onions and mix with potatoes.
Grease a baking dish generously with oil, put mushrooms and potatoes in it and bake in the oven until the potatoes are ready.
