Custard roll

Melt 100 g margarine
add 1 cup (250 ml) flour
500 ml milk
boil until thick, cool, add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder and beat in 3 eggs one by one, whisking continuously with a mixer.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, spread the dough on it and bake at 200-220 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll the hot dough together with paper. Cool, unfold, spread with filling, roll up again and refrigerate soak.
The filling can be any, of course. Very good fillings based on cottage cheese.
My dough is smeared with cottage cheese with herbs and garlic, whipped with a spoonful of mayonnaise and strips of ham and pickles on top.
