Lentil pate

Ingredients:

Lentils brown 150 g
Water 400 ml
Pumpkin 200 g
Apple 0,5
Tomato puree 2 table. spoons
Lime juice 1 table. the spoon
Olive oil (any plant, odorless) 2 table. spoons
Soy sauce 1 table. the spoon
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt, pepper, herbs-spices taste

Cooking method

  • Pour the lentils with water and cook over low heat until the water evaporates. Add pumpkin and apple, cut into cubes. Cook until tender. Lentils should be absolutely soft. Add tomato puree, stew. Throw the prepared mass on a fine sieve to glass the water.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and puree with a blender.

  • With fresh bread or boiled potatoes yum!
