Jellied mussels, avocado and champignons

Ingredients:

Frozen mussels 500gr.
Avocado 1 PC.
Champignon 2-3 pcs.
Spices for fish
Gelatin

Cooking method

  • Boil the mussels in salted water, put them in tins, in which there will be aspic, put the diced avocados and champignons there.

  • Strain the broth, add spices for fish (I had a special collection for fish aspic), add pre-soaked gelatin and heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour the broth over the molds, cool and put in the refrigerator to harden. When it hardens, lay out, decorate, serve with lemons, vegetables .... well, in general, as you wish ... Bon appetit!
