Carolina7, thanks a lot and a plus for the recipe. I tried to bake perfect ... until I bought MV DEKS-60 (In Russia, an analog Brand 37501 ). I am with a report (1st and 2nd grade flour). Highly

But we didn't like it. I did half of the norm, since the family was too "big", you and I and you and me. Rose well, baked. True, there was no such a beautiful crust, but golden, beautiful. And half the pug turns up: "Make better French bread if you are too lazy to bake decent". That's how people and fat seizes

And where did I hang out all this time that I just saw the recipe. We love such breads, but in principle I bake only such breads. Girls, tell me, please, in a cuckoo at 54 how to bake?

I made this lavash in Dax. Only I did not put on the heating, but turned on an empty saucepan on heating for literally one minute (so that the saucepan was not cold), then turned it off, laid the dough and it stood warm in the proofer.

May, please write in detail how you prepared the lavash, how much dough was, etc. In our high-temperature multi it is better to know everything in advance.

Tomorrow I will, today I baked bread. I love lavashik, though it only baked in the oven, not in the cartoon. I'll try it tomorrow.

Yes, men often like a richer taste. A beautiful crust is obtained by turning it over (as in the recipe).

Thank you very much for the recipe! I looked at him for a long time but did not dare, I was not sure that he would do well in the cartoon. And as I baked it, I made half of it myself, I could not stop. Now I will bake until we eat

It turned out very appetizing, to your health! And thanks for the tip!

I did it like this for 300g of flour, although the time initially set 40 minutes 1 level on the Oven, a bit too much of course ... the crust is plump, 30 minutes would be enough, turned it over and another 20 minutes. Delicious lavashik. Thank you.

Girls, I don’t think I’m going to knead the dough, then where should I put it on, in the cartoon - how much? If possible, then everything is more detailed for Panasonic 18.Please !!!!
Tatan
I was very impressed by the simplicity of the recipe. I read it and ran out and kneaded the dough. It took me 2.5 MB of a glass of water for a 4 MV cup of flour. The dough was thick with two glasses of water. I put it on a proofer. The stove will be in a cartoon. I have a Panasonic 18.

I will write about the results later.
Thanks for the recipe

I report the bread turned out to be very tasty. is already over, put the dough on the next one.

For Atlantis kneaded according to the recipe, proofed for 1 hour, then put it in the CF, turned on "Heating", turned it off after 5 minutes and left it alone for 30 minutes. Then "Baking" 40 minutes, turn the bread, and "Baking" for another 20 minutes. Come on and get it, cool on the wire rack

By the way, today I have a different flour, but again, 4 MB of a glass of flour took 2.5 MB of a glass of water.

Thanks again for the recipe

Carolina7, the second day I bake lavash according to your amazing recipe
Yesterday I made two passes in an air fryer in a silicone mold, only a piece remained, I liked it very much, the crumb is porous, slightly moist, Lavash amazing made 2 MCT of water and 4 MCT of flour, 8 g of live yeast. Today I have already made it in the oven. I think it will be even better. Thanks for the recipe. It is very tasty, and what is not unimportant - simple.

Girls, help out! I have no idea where my glass is. How much flour and water, respectively?

Now I measured the flour: somewhere around 100-106 grams, it’s full, but I didn’t shake it out, but simply took a full one and weighed it three times for accuracy, and it turned out 100, 104, 106 grams.
Water in the last division is 160 ml, but if full, 170 ml is obtained.

Girls, baked, everything is fine, except for the pungent smell of yeast. Why is this so? Or is it mine alone?
