Buckwheat porridge with milk (smudge)

Ingredients

Buckwheat 0.5 cups
Milk 4 cups
Cinnamon half a stick
Vanilla sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Put everything in a saucepan and put on the 영양 죽 (Young Young Chuk) setting. This makes a good 2.5 servings. I put on the timer for the morning - no problem. The porridge is obtained as a "smudge", buckwheat is very soft, the milk becomes light beige. (Now I know on what mode I will heat milk)
