I can share the recipe for "shop cake" I mean cupcakes sold in stores in Soviet times.

7 tbsp. l flour
7 tbsp. l sugar
2 eggs
1 can of mayonnaise
0.5 tablespoons of baking soda (extinguish)

I always took an ordinary spoon and measured it not with a slide, but I didn’t even “knife it” either.
And I also want to remind you that a mayonnaise can is 200g.

Arrange in molds. Approximately 15 pieces come out. Bake for 10 minutes or more
(I believed that the baking time depends on the mayonnaise).

For convenience, I translated the recipe into grams.

150 g sugar + a bag of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
200 gr mayonnaise
150 gr flour + 1 tsp. spoon with a slide of baking powder
100 grams of raisins
1 table. cognac (optional)
a little rum essence (for an amateur)

Beat eggs with sugar, add mayonnaise, beat again, add flour mixed with baking powder, stir in raisins. Furnace at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
I baked in small silicone molds. It turned out 12 pieces.
Specially timed the preparation - it took 15 minutes!

Made this cupcake in a slow cooker. Yummy!!! really smells like Soviet childhood cupcake
