Puff tuna salad


Potatoes 3 pcs.
Tuna in its own juice 1 can
Carrot 3 pcs.
Apple 1/2
Corn 1 can
Greens of onions and dill
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • A couple of stagnant jars of tuna pushed me in search of some delicious salad
  • We spread on a flat dish in layers, without crushing !:
  • boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater and mixed with chopped garlic clove;
  • 1/4 of a medium onion, chopped as small as possible;
  • a thin mesh of mayonnaise (lean);
  • a jar of 140g of tuna canned in its own juice (any other fish in its own juice), knead the fish together with the liquid;
  • boiled carrots and 1/2 medium sour apple, grated on a coarse grater and slightly salted;
  • a thin layer of mayonnaise, spread over the entire salad, grabbing the sides;
  • canned corn, and green onions and dill on the sides.
  • Wait an hour (to develop appetite).
  • My changes: I put 180 g of tuna, and smeared the mayonnaise with a fine mesh after each layer.
  • I will say on my own: I really liked this salad!
