Cooking method

  • You will need: 4 servings (or maybe 2 for someone - it depends on what appetite is)
  • It doesn't matter if you don't have "someone" for the filling. It's still delicious. Just increase the portions of the rest of the seafood slightly. This time, for example, I didn't have oysters. Your task is to bring the amount of seafood to 150 g.
  • The sauce is prepared first. It's just that everything mixes and waits, insists on its time.
  • Everything is washed, if necessary - cleaned, dried.

  • Then everything must be cut into small pieces. Pepper into strips, and each strip into triangles.
  • The carrots are cut in half and also thinly sliced, then blanched for a couple of minutes, Drain. Chop the dill and onion.

  • Now we mix everything. DO NOT DRAIN !!!!

  • Cooking the dough. You can cook according to your recipe, it doesn't matter. Just add more salt and garlic.
  • Mix everything and add liquid to obtain the required density. Better a little thinner than usual for pancakes. Then the beauty of the filling is better visible.
  • Now add the filling, stir and fry in a medium-sized skillet until golden brown.
