Ingredients

Chocolate (bitter) 100 g

Cream:
Mascarpone 200 g
Milk or dark chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • Melt chocolate in a water bath, pour it into molds, spreading the walls of the mold with a small spoon or a small pastry brush. Perhaps at first you will want to remember me with an unkind word, but somewhere by the 4th cup you will fill your hand, and it will go more fun. Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies, then carefully remove the paper molds.
  • You get the following cups:

  • Then melt another 100 gr. chocolate, remove from the water bath, allow to cool slightly and carefully, but carefully, stir in the mascarpone. I intervened with a silicone spatula, because there was a negative experience with the mixer I also added 1 tbsp. l. liquor.
  • Allow to cool to squeeze, fill cups with piping bag or syringe. Sprinkle with cocoa for decoration.

  • I took 250 gr. mascarpone, I used white chocolate for the cups, bitter for the filling. I don’t really like white chocolate, but there is a color and flavor combination. There is a lot of room for imagination, you can vary the chocolate according to your taste. I must say right away that there are a lot of filling, so prepare more cups. I have from 100 gr. 25 cups of chocolate came out, it is better to make less of this amount, but with thicker walls, then it will be easier to remove the pieces of paper.

the joint was originally - I found white chocolate only porous, from "Eurogroups" (rare g ..., forgive me, lovers of porous white ...). I did not bother with a water bath, I did it in the microwave, defrost it. the consistency was nasty, some kind of plasticine, so I added a spoonful of milk and a spoonful of butter. I had enough patience for 13 baskets - the chocolate thickens quickly, ideally it should be warmed up periodically so that the baskets are thinner as a result.
of the conveniences I have noted are thin paper baskets (by the way, I bought them in teskom). very convenient to separate, even if a piece of paper is torn!
I didn't have a mascarpone, I took homemade cream, so that the spoon stood (in Odessa bazaars this is not a problem, it's full). dark chocolate (ordinary crown) was mixed in the microwave, mixed with cream, though in a ratio of about 1: 1, well, maybe a little more.
the result is BEAUTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
