Observations and decisions made (I specifically detail, for those who are like me for the first time):
1. Beat better with a mixer with a stand. It's hard to hold in the hand, especially at the end.
2. To avoid splashing so much, you need to drain the buttermilk in several stages. Much more convenient!
3. Don't try to knock out all the buttermilk like I did. It is necessary to stop when the lumps do not stray together. Damn, I don't know how to explain. Well, in general, it should be grains, about the size of a pea, to make it easier to rinse. I beat for a long time, the oil became one big lump. More precisely, a smeared piece.
4. Water for flushing must be taken from the filter. Then it can also be used for bread. Yes, I am economical and practical! Look at the photo, in a large bowl the water from the first two washes - you can clearly see that it is valuable, I could not just pour it out!
5. I do not know if it is possible or not, but. Since I still had the oil stuck together, but not strong, while washing it, when I could not separate it with my hands, I decided to beat it with a mixer, literally 10 seconds, along with the second water. I like it. Immediately, the water became cloudy and the lumps were clearly smaller. In general, flushing is more efficient.
6. I have washed 3 times. Because I didn't want sourness in the oil. As a result, it does not exist. But the smell of sour cream (sour milk) is present. But he's nice, really.
7. When I last washed it, the water was almost clear. It is really more convenient to collect oil in small lumps, so that you can squeeze in the palm of your hand and squeeze. And then it easily forms into a large one lump. Approximately like soft plasticine in consistency. By the way, this lump, you can then beat off a little in your hands and pat it on it - more liquid is released.

Well, that's all.
Now it remains to wait for a group of testers))).

Oh, and one last thing. I realized that natural sour cream and store sour cream are two big differences. Pradva. For what I am indifferent to her - while the butter churned, I licked the whole jar of sour cream and the spoon with which I was picking it out. It is not sour at all.
