Cooking method

  • This bread is very fond of my home. I tried to change the amount of bran both up and down, but for mine it turned out to be the optimal amount.
  • First, measure the yeast into a bucket of a bread machine, fill it with liquid components, add salt to dissolve it, and only then the bran and flour. Since everyone's flour is different, I recommend not pouring the entire amount of flour at once, but follow the rule of the kolobok. But in this case, the bun should be slightly softer.
  • We knead on program 17 (dumplings). I remind you that I have a Panasonic SD-2500 bread maker
  • After you are satisfied with the bun, turn off the program and turn on program 1 (main), size XL, medium crust. On the timer, add 2 more to 4 o'clock. We need this time for the raw yeast to come to life well and start working. Due to this, I also reduced the amount of yeast. That's it, your mission is over, then the assistant-bread maker works.
  • You can also include instead of the first program the seventh (French), it itself lasts 6 hours.
  • Sorry, I can't make a photo of the finished bread "in full growth". First I wait for it to cool. and then I watch in the process of eating. But someday I'll be in time.
