Chamomile pie with streusel

Ingredients

Dough:
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Milk 200 ml
Dough:
Wheat flour 400 g
Melted butter 50 g
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
(I would reduce to 1-2,
I'm sweet)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Jam for filling
(I have cherry thick)
Streisel:
Butter 20 g
Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Make a brew. Stir yeast, sugar, flour in warm milk. Put in a warm place for 10-20 minutes until the yeast foams.
  • Pour the dough into the HP bucket. Add the rest of the ingredients. Dough program.
  • Divide the dough into 12 pieces. The dough turns out to be very pleasant to work with, with bubbles (neither flour nor butter is needed for cutting). First, divide in half, then halves in half, and each quarter by 3. Make a cake with your hands. In the middle, put 1 st. l. jam. Pin the edges to make a ball. Put in a paper-lined mold, seam down, tightly to each other.
  • Cover with a towel. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes (I put it on the stove). Turn on the stove to warm up to 200C.
  • At this time, make a streusel. Grind chilled butter with flour and sugar with your hands.
  • Before baking, grease the buns with an egg and sprinkle with streusel.
  • After baking, remove the rolls from the mold and immediately remove the paper (otherwise it will stick).

First I set the dough mode, and ran to see what my dough was doing there, which means she found holes and climbed up through the flour. I looked at this case for about 20 minutes, and then spat, turned on the "dumplings" mode, and left the dough alone, somewhere in an hour I kneaded it with handles and left it again. The filling, there was a little bit of apricot jam, a little cottage cheese, and where there was just a bun. And this is what I got:
